Guyana Vacation Rental - Family Oasis

The guest booked for 4 people. A few days into her stay, I called to find out if she was pleased with her stay so far, and she said everything was fine. While we try to be considerate, this guest regularly had extra persons at the apartment, with some of the visitors staying overnight. She also had events and was cooking for the event. There were extra folding picnic tables being brought in and unauthorized visitors leaving at midnight with gift bags. I reached out to the guest and reminded her that she was violating the house rules of no extra guests/overnight stay or events. This policy is in place to maintain the safety of everyone on the property and protect the integrity of the space. Regarding the cooking gas, the apartment is designed for regular, family-style use, not for large gatherings or event cooking. The gas provided is always sufficient for standard meal preparations, and we regret if the expectations differed. During the evening prior to the guest’s check-out, I was informed that the gas had finished. Since it was late and just hours left until her check-out, I told her to use the electric cooking option that was already in the apartment. We are glad to hear the guest found the apartment to be clean. We take cleanliness seriously and the multiple 5 star reviews speak to that.
