This home is tucked away in the private gated community of Ocean Point located within Wild Dunes. The Ocean Point Community includes access to a community pool located just a couple blocks up the road. Just steps away (approximately 150yds) from the beach access this home is positioned on the Northeastern tip of Isle Palms, which has very limited access. This makes plenty of room for you and the family to sprawl out and enjoy the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean! This home has been completely refurnished throughout. The large open floor plan leaves plenty of room for the family to spread out, and seating for 8 at the dining room table. Owner has also provided a stand alone High Capacity Icemaker down in the garage, as well as an additional 2nd full size fridge. Along with a new beverage fridge in utility room, and new beer chiller next to the kitchen.

The 2 upstairs king bedrooms open onto another large deck with gorgeous lagoon views. Access to the 2 twin bedroom is through the King bedroom on the right when walking upstairs.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
