This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Ranch with open floor plan is just a short distance to one of the nicest and sandiest beaches on the North Fork with the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen! The North Fork is famous for its Wineries and this home puts you in the middle of them all. Close to all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, pharmacies etc. Lounge out on the huge 16 x 42 deck after walking back from beautiful Kenneys Beach.
Recently fully renovated, the home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a King size bed and 2 twins. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 full size beds each. The home comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 4 children and has Wifi , smart TV, Central A/C and a very comfortable Living room with Cathedral ceilings. Don't miss out on the perfect family get away.

Wonderful Beach House~

This is the second year we have stayed ay Kenny's Beach retreat and we will absolutely be back! Charming, open concept house, fits everyone easily, walking distance to the beach and a short car ride to restaurants, wineries or into downtown Greenport. Thanks so much!

Great Retreat!

It is an impressive property...tucked away in a quiet wooded area, surrounded by awesome wineries, and a short, relaxing walk to the beach. We booked the house for 3-days/2-nights and time just flew by. We would definitely return and stay longer, for sure!

Great place, beautiful area close to beach

We had a lovely time. The property had a great kitchen and outside grill/patio which was perfect for cooking for a group. We had six adults and two small kids and everyone was comfortable. It is a scenic 10 min walk to Kennedy’s beach and the area is also nice and shaded for going for walks/runs. Would love to stay again.

Great Beach Retreat

We needed an overflow place for my many nieces, nephews and our family. Having multiple beds and bathrooms were key. We enjoyed coming back to a nice clean and air conditioned house after a long day out and about. It was perfect!

Nice House

This house is a perfect setup for 2 couples or 2 families. It is a great location and close to hiking trails and the beach. There is only a keurig, so if you like coffee bring a French Press!

Ocean sound

We are returning costumes, we were at the house exactly last year, and again nothing disappointed us. My friend and all the kids had a blast, beach was just a walking distance, house was perfect and cozy. That really was a great vacation.

Great house in North Fork

This is a great house for a stay in the North Fork. Very accessible to everything. Bedrooms and bathrooms are more than enough, nice open kitchen living space. Property managers were very communicative and helpful. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

Family Stay

This home is exactly as depicted. The layout is perfect if your looking to fill your home with a large family. It was perfect for everyone from my two year old son to my 67 year of step father. Large yard and about a mile from the beach. Overall perfect.

Perfect getaway

It was perfect getaway with friends and my daughters. The house was more than perfect, the location the rooms the space. Every day beautiful sunset at the beach. I definitely saved the house for future vacation. The house manager was very nice, very helpful and easy to communicate with. I miss this place already.

Kenny’s Beach Retreat

The interior of the property is as advertised, updated and with beds and bedding very comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. The host was very nice and helpful. Exterior needs work and not very inviting. Nice deck, which was important to us, but needs better cleaning and some landscaping. Convenient access to beaches. Overall good stay.

Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for 3 couples in town for a wedding & party the next day. The kitchen faucet needs some work. It would be nice to have directions on how to work the TV. The house worked out great for our wedding weekend. Great location.

Hi Virginia, I wish you would've mentioned these things to me when we were communicating during your stay. I raced over to the house to check the faucet and it needed a bit of tightening where the hose meets the head. As far as he TV, its a smart TV that works off the internet. Turn it on and pick your input. Thanks for bring this to my attention. I will leave instructions on how to work the TV for future guests.

A good staty

The property was very nice. The bedrooms and baths were good. The kitchen and large living area was just what we needed. The only criticism is tv in the main bedroom was not hooked up to anything. Not sure why they would have a tv with no input.

girls weekend

property was perfect for 6 women on a girls weekend. there were 6 of us for 4 days and there was a shortage of towels for showering. we wanted to do a wash but the machine did not work as well as the drier. other than that, we had a great stay. great location, beautiful grounds, lovely home.

Family trip

Great location between Greenport and most of the wineries. House looks great, wonderful value. A few things that are typical of most vrbos are true here too. Kitchen utensils, beds and couches aren’t great. I couldn’t find a knife (or sharpener) that would cut a tomato. Beds and bedding feel like plastic, very squeaky. New couch needed. Yard is great, you’ll see rabbit and deer. Walk to the beach and little fish restaurant. Everything else about 10 minutes drive.

Nice house

Big property with a nice deck outback to hangout with family. We stayed for a family reunion so it was nice to have a place for everyone to meet up and be able to hangout without feeling on top of each other. A short walk to the beach and a nice restaurant right down the street. Be aware it is a walk to the beach so ask in advance for a pass for your car so you can park at the lot in front of beach. A detail i must have missed. It was a bit of a hassle to do car loads of drop offs and then park back at the house and walk. Also not ideal to have to walk with young kids as there are no side walks I saw a lot of comments about kitchen and not being stocked. Seemed to be adequately stocked for having to cooks meals and enough dish ware. TVs we’re a little confusing to work and not sure the master bedroom one worked. Looks like the property owners are doing some work on that though. The only thing about the house that was terrible were the beds. I’m usually able to hack sleeping on a bad bed if it’s only a couple of night but these beds were beyond bad so noisy and felt like sleeping on rocks.

Great space, great location

Minutes walk from the beach and snug in the woods, this was the perfect retreat for our New York Thanksgiving. Kitchen was huge, with new appliances and plentiful counterspace. Sleeps as many as you have, comfortably, and will seat (almost) that many in the living room and at the kitchen table. Really the perfect space for just about anything. Only minor cleanliness issues (toilets and shower curtains could've used some more TLC). Would stay here again without hesitation.

Thanks for the feedback! We have gone ahead and changed the shower curtains as well as use some treatments on the toilets. The minor staining is sometimes caused by the local water being so high in iron and mineral deposits. This will be something we look out for more often. Thanks again!

Enjoyable experience

We had a great weekend at the home. It was inviting and well maintained. The owners were easy to communicate with. My kids loves the size of the property and had a great time running around exploring. We will definitely be booking again next year!

Peconic wedding.

This property was worked out wonderfully for us. We were out for a wedding at a local venue. Even though the weekend wasn't the nicest weather the house was bright and had all the amenities we needed. This was a great location for our party of 4 adults. Close to wineries and local restaurant's. Highly recommend if looking for a relaxing weekend with friends.
