Bedroom 2: a 140 cm bed and its bathroom (bath) and toilet.
Bedroom 3: a king size bed or the possibility of separating it into 2 beds of 90 cm and its en-suite bathroom (shower and bath).

In the second house of the property:

4 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 (with the possibility of joining them to make a bed of 180cm
1 bedroom with a bed of 90x200
Each bedroom of this house has a private shower room and toilet

You are ideally located in the Bordeaux region because you are in the center of everything that is interesting to see in the area: Bordeaux, the castles of the Médoc, Saint-Emilion, the citadel of Blaye, the lighthouse of Patiras, the basin of Arcachon....

We love our village which is ideally located: 25 minutes from Bordeaux, next to Saint-Emilion, the citadel of Blaye, an hour from the Bay of Arcachon and the castles of the Médoc. Surrounded by castles, you can do tastings and buy wine directly at the property;) The equestrian club for children is 2 minutes from the house. In addition, in summer there are many festivals and activities in our village and in those next door. You won't be bored, in Saint-Gervais, there are always things to do!

No shoes in the house andABOVE ALL NO PARTIES (the Neighbors are picky and could call the gendarmes! On the other hand, the Château des ARRAS at the end of the street offers a magnificent reception room for a party if you wish.
