Perfect spot for girls golfing get away in Vegas!

This was a perfect house for 5 ladies to enjoy a Vegas golf get-away! Super clean with all the modern conveniences and a great location.

Great place to enjoy Vegas

Great location - easy access to the Strip while at the same time offering a more quiet stay location to get away from the Strip. House is very well layed out and was very comfortable for our extended family of six. Highly recommend.

Golf Trip

The property was perfect for our golf getaway! The kids had a blast in the pool and with all the different games in the loft! The property managers were next level amazing, always on top of communication and so nice!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a girls weekend. We had the BEST time at this house. Plenty of room, great common spaces, the house was supplied well, clean and cute! We will definitely come back soon!

Awesome vacation!

The house was a great location- close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. The house’s open floor plan was perfect for hanging out and still having space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of hiking. Thanks sooo much for a memorable vacation!!!!

Excellent house and family friendly

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect with the pool & hot tub and not far from the strip. The arcade games were so much fun, house was equipped for us to cook & grill. We definitely will stay here again. Wonderful host & communication was easy and they got back to us quickly. Thank you for being amazing host.

Great house for a full family

We had our kids and niblings over while their home was remodeled. The house had plenty of toys and activities to keep them happily occupied with room for dining and relaxing. The pool was really warm and cozy for swimming. And the kitchen was stocked well for us to cook for all of the kids. We had a great stay, thanks!

Best stay in Vegas!

My family has visited Las Vegas on numerous occasions, and we usually end up at different hotels and making arrangements for dinners/shows can be a hassle. Being able to comfortably fit everyone in one house was a true blessing. I wasn’t sure how popular the pool would be with 100+ temps, but it was a big hit! The owner was quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had, and even dropped off a sweet treat for my grandma who was celebrating her 100th birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and looking forward to our next trip to Vegas because I already know where we’re staying!

Baseball tournament home from home

Property was perfect and as advertised. Would highly recommend, especially if you have children. Outside yard and pool were fantastic, plus tv and games upstairs in the loft area created a great space for the kids to play in the evening and the noise didn't carry downstairs or echo like some homes do. We even took the kids for a walk around the neighborhood which was very safe and family oriented, with a Trader Joes right around the corner (plus more, but that's my favorite store). The place was very clean and comfortable with all amenities needed, even travel size shampoo and soaps. The coffee was also good and very much appreciated! We had 2 families and the house was perfect, you didn't feel like you were in a strangers home-it made it perfectly relaxing and Miranda was very easy to communicate with if needed :) Thank you!

A/C froze up the last two nights of stay

The home is pretty clean. There was a spot on the carpet that was hard and crusty/ not clean in one of the upstairs bedrooms and there was dog poop in the yard that got cleaned up halfway through our stay. The carpet needs to be re-stretched and there is a spot of the laminate flooring by the stairs and island that is worn through (just as an fyi if you're staying here which is not obvious in the pictures listed). Also, there are very few forks and spoons available, there should be more available or have that clear in the listing. Lots of plates though. The owners are responsive. The worst thing about the stay is that the A/C froze up the last two nights of our stay. The first night we found that the filters were completely clogged which makes sense why the a/c couldn't keep up with 95-100 degree weather. It made for the home to be very hot and uncomfortable. I let the owner know that the a/c froze and that the filters were dirty. She said thanks for the heads up and that they would replace the filters. It then froze up again the next night which was our last night... it made for a very hot night. Very disappointed that we paid a lot of money and the a/c can't handle it! It made for an otherwise fine stay to very disappointing and maddening!

Hi Rachael, We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. There are a few things we would like to clarify. We have provided a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough for a party of 10 adult utensils plus kid utensils. We often host groups of 10 and would be glad to purchase more if we knew this would make your stay less comfortable. The AC was temporarily “frozen” due to over-blasting. Looking back at Nest history, it was set close to 60 °F for 24 hours, 5 days straight. This has never happened in the past, not even in the 110F summer months, nor has it ever been an issue with other guests. We would like to apologize again for the filter, we missed it during the inspection. As one of the most family-friendly properties in the city, the majority of our guests include small children and/or pets. We are always doing our best to maintain a clean environment for our guests, and our reviews reflect our hard work. We steam clean after each pet stay and wash and sanitize children's toys. However, we know there will still be some wear and tear for us to improve. We are sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations. The review came in a little bit shocking as we did not know about any of the issues (besides filters on the last day), and we exchanged feedback twice during your stay, and everything was great. We will continue doing our best to provide the best family-friendly travel experience for our guests, and your feedback is much appreciated!

Best vacation rental we have had

This was seriously has been the best vacation rental we have had yet. For a family of six, hotels are no longer an option and we wanted something comfortable while we visited family. Miranda had everything set up, packand play and highchair. Everything we could want for baby. The house was super clean and everything worked. She was so easy to talk with and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and amenities

Cute house. Beautifully appointed with fun backyard. Sorority girlfriends spent 3 nights and were super comfortable and safe inside this adorable VRBO in a nice suburban neighborhood. Would definitely recommend. Owners very communicative and friendly. Left a case of bottled water and nice toiletries in bathrooms. Very clean.

Absolutely Perfect

This house was absolutely perfect for us. It was neat, clean and cozy. We had a blast, and there was a tone for the kids to do. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. More than all of that, Miranda was the amazing! She was accessible any time of day or night, and constantly checked to see if we needed anything. She is a perfect host, probably the best ever. We will definitely stay with her again.

Updated and clean

Great layout, updated and cute decor. The outdoor space is really nice, wish we had had time to hang out more. We had a problem with the pool and the owner was really responsive. Location is great . Easy for day trips and lots of restaurants and grocery in the area.

I wish all of VRBOs were this perfect

I can’t say one negative thing about this place or the owners. We were a little skeptical at first because of the lack of reviews, but the house and location was absolutely perfect! There are so many nearby shops and local eateries literally within walking distance, but if you’re the type that would rather cook at home then there are several grocery stores just right around the corner as well. The owners are very communicative and welcoming. They had doughnuts waiting for us at our arrival, and the fridge was stocked was a large case of water! The house was absolutely immaculate when we walked in, the beds are comfortable and cozy, the water pressure in the showers were good, the neighborhood is quiet, and the owners gave us so many fun recommendations regarding the local scene. The house is about 15 minutes from the Vegas strip. My kids (all over 18) and I are big foodies, and there are lots of trendy restaurants just minutes away. All in all, this property and location was exactly what we needed for our little getaway, and we’d definitely stay here again!
