This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for five. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

You will also have access to a parking spot.

Known for its residential character, Villeneuve-La-Garenne offers urban and suburban living, with various parks, schools, and shopping areas. The town has a diverse population and provides easy access to central Paris via public transportation. It is also home to several cultural and recreational facilities, contributing to its community-oriented atmosphere.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
