Located in the village of Tanlay, Burgundy, a stone's throw from the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy le Franc and Meaulnes.
The house has 5 rooms:
A fully fitted kitchen on the first floor with 1 table
A dining room with table, desk and sofa
A living room with sofa and TV
A large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
A bedroom in the attic with 1 double bed
Additional sleeping possibilities on request (1 extra bed for 1 person + 1 sofa bed + 1 baby bed)
1 bathroom with shower
1 separate toilet
1 laundry room with washing machine
Outside: garden and barn, barbecue, with a view of the castle of Tanlay
Ideal for family holidays or weekends with friends

The house is in the heart of the beautiful village of Tanlay with shops open all year round: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy.

Nearest train station: Tonnerre. Accessible from Paris in 2 hours. From Tonnerre to Tanlay, taxi is available.

Many swimming opportunities in the river, cycle paths along the canal and forests nearby. Golf course 5 minutes walk.
To see in the region: the villages of Noyers sur Serein, Chablis, Vézelay...

Rates: 700 euros per week (cleaning included and linen provided)
100 euros per night (2 nights minimum over a weekend).
