Set back from the road between Annecy and Albertville on the edge of the cycle path that goes around the lake. The residence is located in a small condominium, quiet, with free outdoor parking spaces at the foot of the residence. Ideal for a couple, it can accommodate 4 people.
The centre of the village with its shops (bakery, mini-market, tobacconist), its restaurants are 500 m away on foot, the cycle path and its bike rental company are 30 m away, the lake and its beautiful beaches are 5 minutes away and Annecy is 10 km away.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen leading to the living room with a sofa/bed of 140X200 cm, a beautiful bedroom with storage space and a double bed 160X200cm.
The 9m2 balcony, facing West, offers an additional space, very sunny for lunch with garden table and parasol: perfect for aperitifs in the sun in the evening ;)
The bathroom consists of a bathtub, a vanity unit, a washer/dryer and a wooden ladder.

Secure bike storage available, but I cannot guarantee 100% that there will be space when you arrive. Otherwise, a private mini-cellar can be used to store 2 bikes.

The apartment is located at the foot of a small climbing cliff and very close to many hiking trails that will lead you to a wild nature.
In 40 minutes by car or bus, you can reach the family ski resort of Semnoz, where many activities can be practiced, summer and winter, without ever getting tired of the panorama it offers.

Pets (dog/cat: any breed, any size) accepted: 5€ / pet / day.

Minimum stay of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Exception outside school holidays: 2 nights minimum
