Gîte PMR "La Colline"

For rent cottage 6/8 people with all the comforts in the middle of nature, in a quiet, shaded and hilly place with private swimming pool and with all the necessary equipment to spend a pleasant stay (barbecue, 2 garden furniture, 1 large parasol, deckchairs, etc.).
Access to the cottage is via a small external staircase but it is also accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to a second entrance. The house has 2 balconies and a large parking lot.
The first floor consists of a large kitchen open to a large living room, 2 bedrooms, one of which has PRM access, a bathroom/WC with a large shower with seat and grab bar. A staircase leads to a mezzanine and a master suite (bed of 160) + bathroom/WC located upstairs. The cottage is equipped with a cot and a high chair.
Educated pets are welcome as long as they respect the rules of the house (access to the rooms and swimming in the pool are prohibited)



Close to all amenities:
Bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pizzeria, mechanic, petanque court and tennis court in the village (<5 min)
Pombonne leisure centre (~15 min)
Bergerac (~15min) and Périgueux (~25min)
Numerous hiking departures from the gîte


Rates: minimum 3 nights
190 €/night for stays of 3 to 5 nights
1150 € Stays 5/7 nights out of season
1150 € /week from September to June
1500€/week July and August

To see with the owner:
Extra linen (sheets + towels and beds made): €100 for 1 to 2 beds and €30 per extra bed
A deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been found
