Bungalow Close to Park Circle!

Enjoy this remodeled cute bungalow located minutes from Park Circle’s neighborhood restaurants and bars. Less than 30 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Charleston International Airport, Tanger Outlet Mall, and multiple beaches.
Fully furnished (very comfortable beds), all new appliances, and a huge backyard with a patio and furniture!

This home is newly renovated so everything is brand new.

1st Bedroom: queen bed, dresser, closet with extra linen and pillow, alarm clock

2nd Bedroom: queen bed, dresser, 2 closets with extra linen and pillow

Kitchen: all new appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, standard dish sets and glasses, silverware, pots and pans, salt, pepper, cooking oils

Bathroom: shower/ tub combo, dispenser with body wash, shampoo, conditioner

Living room: open concept. Sleeper sofa, chair, dining table and chairs. Smart tv, free wifi, charging station

Living room closet: laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, mop and bucket. Fire extinguishers.

Backyard: huge yard with privacy fence. Patio with chairs and a table.

Outside Laundry room: washer and dryer

House Rules and Information during your stay:

No parties/events allowed.
No burning candles.
No eating in the bedrooms.
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10pm-7am.

A smart tv and free WiFi is available in the living room.

There is a dispenser in the shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Extra toiletries are located in the bathroom cabinet under the sink.

Don’t flush wipes of any kind including “flushable wipes” down the toilet.

No makeup on the wash cloths and linen. There are black makeup cloths and makeup wipes available in the bathroom.

Fire extinguishers are located in the living room closet in case of emergency.

Feel free to use kitchen appliances. Please clean used dishes before check out. Load dishwasher if needed.

If you need to take out trash, put in gray trash can outside. If your stay includes Monday night, please place gray trash can close to the road that night. Trash pick up is on Tuesday mornings.

In the backyard the patio furniture has a covering over it. Feel free to use the furniture but cover back up when not in use.

Outdoor light above the patio is set to turn on/off automatically. Please don’t change settings.

Outside next to the side door is a small room with a washer and dryer (tide pods are available inside the living room closet). Two laundry baskets located in the bedroom closets are available if needed to carry clothes to the laundry room. The laundry room is locked so use the 2nd key to unlock and lock back when not in use.

To conserve energy the air conditioner/heater is set to 77 for summer months and 70 for winter months. Feel free to adjust the thermostat while inside. When leaving the house for the day, please set thermostat back to the original setting and turn off all the lights.

No smoking/vaping inside the house. You may smoke outside but please don’t leave butts on the ground. There’s a $200 fee for anyone who smokes/vapes inside the house.

Please list correct number of guests. Any unreported guests will incur a $100 fee per guest. All guests assume responsibility of any bodily harm, injury, or illness that may incur during the stay while using the property. Property owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings or property of the guests.

Pet owners:
There is a $200 pet deposit if you plan on bringing your pets. There is a maximum of 2 that are allowed during the stay. Please provide them with crate(s) when you are away from the home. No pets on the beds or furniture. Do not use towels and linen for them. Do not use bowls from the kitchen for them. There are feeding bowls and towels in the living room closet for your pets to use. Please wash the bowls and put the used towels in the tub before checkout.

No parking on the street. Three cars can fit in the driveway. The gate can open wide for another car to be parked behind it if needed.

Keys are in a locked box outside the door. I suggest keeping them there during your stay to prevent loss. Lost keys will incur a $40 fee.

Before you checkout leave all dirty towels and wash cloths in the bath tub. You can leave the sheets on the bed. The cleaning crew will handle everything.

Check out is at 11am, and our cleaning crew arrives shortly after. An additional night’s rate will be charged for any late check outs. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and keys are put back in the lockbox.

Please don’t leave any trash or unnecessary amount of dirt on the floor. If you need to clean anything, there is a broom, vacuum, mop and bucket available in the living room closet. There are cleaning rags and household cleaning products on the top shelf as well. Feel free to use if needed.
* Update: There has been recent water damage. However the home has been deep cleaned properly. The damage is evident on the baseboards. This would not have an effect on your stay as it is just a cosmetic issue. The listing has been updated with current pictures.

North Charleston House

House was nice and clean. Had a good backyard for the pup, and the property manager was very communicative and easy to work with. The house is bringing wealth to the upcoming community. Worth the stay.

Make sure you google street view before you book

The property was as described and Ramell was lovely to deal with. He has clearly renovated and cares for this property. The beds were relatively comfortable one is much harder than the other (one had a gel topper). The furniture in the living room was quite uncomfortable for a man sized person. For a smaller person it was ok. Any issues we had were promptly dealt with in a virtuous and service-oriented manner. Check in and check out were a breeze though I am still, 11 days later, waiting on my deposit to be returned. The neighborhood is certainly in transition as of July 2022. Ramell’s property is certainly improving the neighborhood! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely home

This home was very clean and comfortable and the owner added some extra touches that made us feel pampered. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area and no restaurants or shops to walk to which we would have liked but it’s not far from downtown and the drive is easy. Not a bad drive to the beaches too.
