2 Room Family Size Condominium located at Rivergreen Resort with Full Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, Jacuzzi Tub for 2, Living Room with Lazy Boy Recliner, 40' HDTV, DVD, Great Selection of Books, DVD's, Games, wireless internet. Separate rooms for kids and adults, each with full bath, Cable TV and DVD Player. Sleeping arrangements are 1 Queen Murphy Bed in the Studio side of the condo and 1 Queen, 1 Full Bed with a twn bed on top in the bedroom. Rivergreen Resort has an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, community 'great room' with 60' HDTV, fireplace, outdoor BBQ area with screened in gazebo, laundry room. Winter shuttle service to Loon Mountain. Close enough to walk to Town, yet quiet enough for a relaxing vacation getaway.

A great place to stay for our girl's getaway weekend! The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and great views. We enjoyed the Ice Castles during a snowstorm and then relaxed the rest of the time, enjoying the jacuzzi and the cozy condo. Thank you for sharing your place.

Everything was exactly what we were looking for, for our stay. There was a minor issue with a past guest before we arrived in which was resolved, however the host made sure it was fixed before we arrived and was also brought to our attention to make sure it was fixed after we arrived.We would definitely stay again, given the chance, the host was a pleasure to chat with.

The location of the condo definitively was. On the other hand, the host recommended to leave a tip for the cleaning maid. I really did it but my question is, What the cleaning fee I paid with the rent is used for?

Lincoln, NH is a fun place to visit. This condo's location allows for walking to nearby restaurants and shops or driving to North Conway over the beautiful Kangamangus Highway. The condo has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Also, there was a very impressive collection of books, games, and DVDs to use while there. The hot tub and indoor pool were an added bonus! My host provided excellent directions to the Rivergreen Resort and explanations of expectations while staying. I look forward to visiting again!

The major issue we had was that the property was listed as having two bedrooms (see attached photo). This was quite a surprise when we arrived and found only one bedroom (plus the Murphy bed in the living room). No privacy for the couple in the living room. Thatā€™s not right.Other issues were:1.Not sure who does your cleaning but you should probably review their performance. Dirty sticky kitchen floor, had to wash it ourselves so our feet wouldnā€™t stick.2.Upon opening the door to get in, we were hit with a musty odor, you might have a moisture issue 3.There were crumbs in the microwave and the pots/pans cabinet 4.We tried vacuuming but the bag was full and had a hole in it.5.Itā€™s time to replace the carpet, it is pretty stained, and probably is the source of the musty odor.6.Host sent wrong door code and seemed put out that we had to call to get the correct one.We would have been extremely disappointed if we had to stay inside during the day but as it was, we were out and about during the daytime.

A lot to offer for the price!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, great room with pool and ping pong. The location is central to everything and is just a short walk to the river where there are calmer spots for swimming. We have stayed at rivergreen before so we knew what to expect. I would say this property is well kept and welcoming, but lacks some kitchen items that would have been beneficial during our stay. The outdoor grills were difficult to figure out how to use, and were out of gas when we finally figured out how to unlock them. As someone who has stayed here before - I did find this listing a bit misleading. Some of the units in this building have two bedrooms and a main area, this particular unit does not, though they are listed as a two bedroom. We booked pretty quickly and last minute, so we saw a listing for a two bedroom and saw photos of bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and assumed it was like the other unites we have stayed in before, but the photos of room 1 and 2 were just different angles of the same 1 bedroom. The other sleeping area is a pull down bed in the middle of the living room. This worked out fine as there were enough beds, but we would have probably looked for something that truly had 2 separate bedrooms. Overall this is a very spacious stay, two bathrooms two showers, a kitchen to cook your own meals, and a community pool and hot tub. Hosts were great and very responsive. Great communication. Check in was very easy. I would recommend this to families.

Ski trip to Loon Mtn

Far better than last years rental in a different section of town. This location was great. In the middle of all the best restaurants. Condo was as described and was nice. Hot tub in the building was put to good use. Loved this unit.

Overall it was a good week. We expected 2 bedrooms as it said that in the write up. The murphy bed was very comfortable just the inconvenience of not having a second bedroom. my grandson slept in the queen bed and he's small but the bed does need some attention.

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed our stay with our 3 young children when we came up for the Eclipse. We had fun at the pool, hot tub, and exploring the nearby riverbank. Having a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and several sleeping options worked out great for our family. The location is very close to Loon, and we hope to come back in the winter during ski season. The condo is also close to several summer family friendly activities. Overall we were very satisfied and the kids enjoyed choosing from different DVDs to watch in the evenings.
