Welcome to our Charming Typical House of the Mining Basin Region, all comfort of about 70m², located in the Puy de Dôme in the heart of the Auvergne ⛰️🌋😊

To welcome you, you will find within the house 🏡:

- An Entrance, equipped with a coat rack and a closet (in which you will find a broom + brush and shovel, 2 extra chairs, a stock of paper towels, etc.)

- A spacious Living Dining Room.
On one side, a bright Living Room with a Comfortable and Convertible Sofa as well as 2 Armchairs, a coffee table and a BBox cable TV.
On the other, a Dining Room equipped with a table that can seat 6 people opening onto a balcony.

- A Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Open to the Living Dining Room, allows you to cook good meals in a friendly atmosphere with your loved ones.

- A 1st bedroom with a Queen Size bed 160×200, and a dresser at your disposal (bed linen provided)

- A 2nd bedroom with 2 Single Beds 80x200 that you can join together to make a Queen Size 160x200 bed and a wardrobe at your disposal. (Bed linen provided)

- A Separate Toilet from the shower room.

- A Shower Room with a Walk-in Shower, a Sink and Storage as well as a Heated Towel Rail. (Towels provided)

- A 70m² Garage in which you can park a car.
You will also find a Ping-pong Table with 4 basic rackets + balls, a 4-seater Garden Furniture, a "Laundry" area with Washing Machine (detergent provided) and a drying rack.

- Outside, the house is surrounded by a garden, a lawn at the back and a small terrace area in front where you can set up a garden table and the barbecue set to layout.

Our house, decorated with care, is equipped with all modern conveniences to make you feel at home. The spacious and bright living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare gourmet meals with local products. The comfortable rooms promise a restful night's sleep.

For moments of relaxation with family or friends, a ping-pong table awaits you in the basement, offering hours of fun and conviviality.

Only 45 minutes from the city center of Clermont-Ferrand and 15 minutes from that of Issoire, you can easily explore the cultural and historical riches of these lively cities. The famous Puy de Dôme, 1h30 away, offers you a breathtaking view of the entire Puys chain. And for a longer getaway, Le Puy-en-Velay, with its beautiful scenery and exceptional heritage, is just a 2-hour drive away.

Just a 5-minute walk away, you will find an Intermarché supermarket and an artisan bakery where you can enjoy delicious fresh croissants and baguettes every morning. The downtown of Brassac Les Mines, with its small shops and cafes, is a 10-minute walk away, as is the SNCF train station, making it easy to get around and take excursions.
