Different property
First, Isiah said that he would contact me a few days in advance to our reservation date but I didn't hear from him until about an hour or two before time, and that was after I reached out to him. He then told me that the toilet was backed up but that he had another property we could stay in. With such short notice what was I to do but accept? I couldn't find the new property on VRBO and so have no idea if I overpaid or not. Therefore this review is for the property we stayed in, not this particular property. The furnishings are nice but the only table to eat on is a small high table with a couple of bar stools. There was toothpaste splatters on the bathroom faucet and a few gaps between the floor and moldings and walls and moldings, especially in the bathroom. The morning of our departure I saw that Isiah sent the following list for check out which makes me wonder what the cleaning fee is for.
The Check-out To-Do List:
* Please strip only beds used and place linens in the hamper in the closet. Leave the comforter on the bed.
* Please put all dirty towels in the hamper.
* Wash and put up any used dished, pots or pans
* Please do NOT leave food or drinks in the refrigerator or any personal belongings.
* Throw away all your trash in provided garbage can (located in the kitchen) and put full trash bags in the dumpster located to the left of the parking lot.
