Great location with trams at the door and shops nearby. Super park across the road for children and adults relaxing. The apartment was very quiet as it was set back from the road.The stairways were a bit steep for those with mobility issues.

Very convenient. Close to LRT and restaurants. Large space with every thing you need.

Exactly what we wanted

The apartment is on the edge of the old town, and was our perfect location. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, and as it was at the back of the building it was quiet. BNB Groom Services sent us really good information about locating and accessing the building and the appartment, with photos as well as directions. They were very quick to respond to any queries we had.

We had an enjoyable stay. The flat was exactly as listed. There was plenty of room for 3 adults, beds were clean, it had a washing machine, iron & board, and drying rack so that is a plus for doing laundry when packing light. It also had a hair dryer, vacuum, mop and bucket. I will say the floors were dirty. I had to sweep and mop the morning after we arrived and it wasn’t because of our traffic. We parked our luggage and shoes at the door upon arrival until we could wipe them down. However, I think it is due to it being an old building plus needing a better mop. There was a large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and pots/pans but nothing large enough to cook pasta. We ended up only cooking breakfast and stocking snacks. There was only a starter pack of shampoo, body wash, one hand soap and small dish soap so be sure to bring your own as not enough for more than one person. The flat is in a great location of Old Town within walking distance to anything you need (including the grocery), the beach and about 10-15 minute walk to the train station. It was a great place to stay and the host was easy to reach and communicate with. The locals of Nice were also so nice. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Good location. Several Cafes and a Boulangerie nearby. Near Place MASSENA and the tram. Quiet. We did have to mop the floor upon our arrival as our feet turned black after walking on it barefoot. Minimal kitchen tools, ie. no pot in which to boil pasta. Beware of the top step in the first flight of stairs in section B, it is steeper than the others. The mini blinds fell off of one of the windows the first day when we tried to lower them. We contacted the agency who said they would come and have a look but they never arrived. This is the first time with Vrbo where we did not work directly with the owner but rather through an agency (Bnb Groom Services). Not my preference.
You need to bring these if you are a coffee drinker

We had asked for a large pot for cooking pasta and we were told the kitchen was well equipped. That really wasn't the case.No large pot, no lids for pots, no cutting board, no hot pads, only a very tiny container of dish soap, pepper but no salt, the dish drying rack didn't work to hold the dishes, only one dish towel and the living room sofa was dirty and stained. It was so bad that we called them to do something about it. They did, and brought us a blanket to cover it with. It helped.The beds, bedding, pillows, bath towels, lighting were all excellent. The shower was the best one we have ever had, but be very careful with the heat of the water. You could burn yourself. The windows were of the best quality and when some remodeling below started up we could shut the windows and live very comfortably.The location was great, the neighborhood safe and clean.

We do make sure to provide all the necessary items for cooking, including large pots, cutting boards, hot pads, and dish soap, but it seems there may have been an issue with what was available during your stay. Peu d'attention aux besoins des vacanciers

Points positifs: emplacement, surface, décoPoints négatifs: difficulté d'accès en voiture pour déposer les bagages, escaliers très inconfortables, appartement très sombre, occultation de la lumière dans les chambres très insuffisante (stores vénitiens décalés de la fenêtre), ménage approximatif, absence de table dans la cuisine pour le petit déjeuner alors qu'il y a largement la place, pas de lave-vaisselle, mauvaise insonorisation, travaux importants dans l'immeuble, pas d'accueil à l'arrivée.
