Horsetooth Cottage with EV Charger

This quaint home by the lake enjoys a large deck with a view of Inlet Bay. Enjoy grilling dinner with your crew or coffee and a view. A 5–10 minute walk gets you to the water or to our local convenience store that’s stocked with plenty of essentials. A brief, 10-15 minute walk puts you at our local pub, the Horsetooth Tavern, where you can celebrate with karaoke and live music or grab a bite to eat. If you prefer to relax and unwind, there’s plenty of hiking trails and nature walks where you’ll mostly likely view some local wildlife! However, there’s a large smart TV and electric stove with a kitchen full of almost everything to cook a warm meal on a gloomy day.
A perfect day in this home for me is breakfast on the deck with a few deer stopping by to say hi. After enjoying the view and good conversation, we go paddle boarding on the water and catch some sun. Needing fuel from all the fun, we go to the Canyon Grill for dinner and a live show. There’s been so many wonderful, fun days spent up here in this own little town away from its city.

-There is a gravel drive that can fit 2-3 vehicles but trash removal is on every other Friday, so do not park in front of the dumpster Friday before removal.
-*NEW* EV charger. Level 2. For free use while you stay.
-There’s a sidewalk to the door but the property is slightly uneven and unpaved, however the house is all one level.
-A fire is permitted in the propane powered fireplace that is located on the deck, but not in the fire pit outside.
-Dogs under 50 pounds are allowed and limited to 2. Cats are not allowed, unfortunately.
-There are cameras around the outside of the property to protect our property.
