Family-friendly one-room apartment on Lake Tegernsee

The spacious, bright apartment is located at the Tegernsee in the heart of the Bavarian Oberland and offers itself as a good starting point for numerous activities.
Within a few minutes' walk from Germany's strongest iodine-sulfur source, Bavaria's most popular casino, an 18-hole golf course, the small village center with shops for daily needs, the lakeside promenade, a beach, several hiking trails in the mountains, tennis courts (free and roofed) , a game arena for children or the Badepark with sauna and pool.
In the area there are countless ways for hikers, climbers and cyclists, as well as lakes and rivers for swimming, saunas to sweat, traditional markets and small towns to stroll and explore. Within a day trip you can reach royal castles and many other cultural monuments, interesting cities such as Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck or Regensburg, countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Italy.
In the winter we have to offer and its snow sports, so there are several ski areas nearby and also cross-country skiing, a within walking distance, ice rinks and stadiums, frozen waterfalls and lakes.

The accommodation comprises a large living room separated by an arch, a small bathroom and a small kitchen where you can find everything for self-catering. There is TV, DVD, free WiFi and a terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue or smoke, because that is not possible in the apartment. The Baroque room is very suitable for a family with several children, but due to the sleeping situation (s. O.) Does not help for five adults, if in doubt, a short inquiry.
