Dear Tatyana We have always strived hard to go above and beyond to make sure our guests are well taken care of. We were very concerned when we saw your review. We have just had our unit remodeled recently. We were there in May to make sure everything was ready for our summer guests. We were aware of a small hairline crack in the kitchen floor but that porcelain tile can't be matched. We thought the rug looked nice over it instead of replacing the entire bottom floor of 18 inch porcelain. We've had no complaints about it over the past several years. We're sorry that you felt the wristbands and parking were hidden fees. We included this fee in your information sheet sent weeks before your arrival. We do not include this in the VRBO listing because VRBO has nothing to do with this fee.. We do not want to confuse guests from what they have to pay VRBO and what is owed to the complex association. It's $5 per person which also includes your parking fee. Most complexes in Panama City charge higher fees that do not include parking. As far as cleaning., we are so sorry that you felt the unit was not appropriately cleaned. But, we wish you had called us and we would have immediately sent the cleaning crew back out to make it right. We did address the cleaning crew of this issue and they said they would have been more than happy to return and reclean the unit. We honestly don't understand that you said there was no nightstand next to the king sized bed. There is a huge black nightstand in which we use for our phones, drinks, etc. We know how important vacation time is with the family and we strive very hard to make it a very enjoyable experience. We try to keep our unit updated as you can see from the VRBO pictures. We leave a weeks supply of towels and washcloths. There is also a front load washer and dryer provided in the unit to use as needed. The armband policy was strictly enforced this year. The bands are $5 per person and that covers the parking pass and use of swimming pools, hot tub, weight room, tennis courts, basketball, miniature golf, and pool tables. This guest did call about the purchase of the armbands after talking to resort management. We received a call from management saying guest used foul language towards them and refused to pay for armbands. We will be adding the armband information to the VRBO site promptly. As for the dishwasher, it's a new one and we had someone put new molding underneath it which caused the door to not open all the way flat. It could still be used. We were not aware of this until now. This has been corrected. Our a/c unit was completely serviced June 1 by Quincy's Heating and Air. Quincy checked the temperature in each vent and said it was very efficient. No Freon needed to be added. We normally have good reviews from our guests and are very sorry for our part of this situation.
