Escape to this recently refreshed cabin walking distance from the village, minutes away from the slopes, trails, and the lake, with all the high-end amenities you need for a perfect mountain getaway. Start off with coffee on the front porch, watching squirrels and bunnies. Spend the day fishing, skiing, or hiking, end the day by watching a movie with the fireplace, and crash onto a Heavenly mattress. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessities. Clean linens, towels and extra blankets.

We welcome all our guest and will go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. We only ask for the following for you to have successful and memorable stay:
Guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be present with a valid ID at check-in time.
No Events
3 Max Occupancy - 2 Max Vehicles: If over occupancy you run the risk of being evicted and No Refunds will be issued.
NO PETS/NO SMOKING: If we discover there was a pet or smoking of any kind you will be charged an additonal $500.00 for cleaning.
NOTE for any guest Checking in after 11:00 pm: There will be a Check in-fee of $ 50.00 cash due at check in time.
Late Check outs are possible upon approval by management team.
1 hour later check out : No fee
2 hour later check out: Fee $50.00
Check out instructions are posted in all cabins, please follow the instructions. If you have any questions regarding these instructions call the property manager.
Please Do not re-arrange the furniture in the cabin, unplug any cables to the TV`s or remove the remotes.
Remember you are visiting our beautiful mountains but we also have little critters who love to sneak in and warm up too. We do our best to remove cobwebs and small itsy bitsy spiders but we can`t control their sneaky ways.
Please do not leave food outside for the bigger critters.
Be Advised: During stormy and windy weather we can also lose power, which is completely out of our control.

The house had a musky smell the house itself was clean and cute the house was cold there was no extra blankets i feel the host could of had throw blanket on the couch and extra blankets i had to wear my jacket through my two days I was there house is not warm.

I will try and book it again the next time I visit. Great walking proximity to the Village and Lake harbor. It has all the comfortable amenities I look for. Newly restored and kept in very neat condition. Veronicaā€™s attention to my reservation is excellent.

Close to activities yet secluded enough to relax

Came here on a work trip with my family (3 total). Don't be fooled by the title of Grey everything because it's done very well and is inviting for a cozy stay.The main area is spacious for the 3 of us. Kitchen has all we needed and we walked to the village every morning for coffee. Will absolutely stay again!

Great place. Good location, overall clean and comfy. I wish they had told us thereā€™s no AC as we chose VRBO vs a hotel because the latter had no AC. Plus, share the bed size in your ads (queen). It was warm at night to sleep. Check the ring in the toilet, too. Minor items but otherwise great place to stay.

This spot was perfect for my solo stay. More than enough space in the cabin, and the location was absolutely perfect being a short walk to the village and pier. I would stay again. Thanks!

Perfect location

Veronica was very nice and the communication was perfect. The location of the cabin was amazing. We walked to the Village for eating and shopping. We were in Big Bear for a wedding and the location was close to the venue. We would recommend this place.

Close to Village ...Quiet Neighborhood

Cabin is Easy walking distance. If youā€™re looking for fabulous outdoor surroundings, you may want to reconsider. the front deck, which was one of the main amenities for booking this home, was covered in debris from the trees. The patio furniture was stained with bird poop, along with the hand railing. The picnic table was really dirty with a small pail with a used cigarette butt in it.(Photos included, but after I had swept some) Veronica, the property manager, responded quickly and contacted the owner. A cleaning crew did arrive after a couple of hours and cleaned the front deck but not the rear patio (which was dirty as well). The home itself was clean. decor an accurate reflection from the photos. Of course most Rentals will have some wear & tear. Kitchen well stocked (no dishwasher) but we did not cook while we were there. Just an FYI! The home had nice amenities ā€¦great bathroom towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion, etc. However, I personally found the bed way too soft and the pillows very flat. No a/c ... if you are booking in summer this may be an issue. It was not for us...it did cool down late afternoon & evening with the fans an added bonus. However heater left on 85 and once the house cooled down below 85 it came on & house was really hot when we returned from dinner. Just a housekeeping issue. home could use a little additional TLC, front window pane is damaged, cabin floor is uneven, Indoor rugs could be cleaned. Rent if walk to town important.

Awesome little cabin!

This was a great cabin in a central location. My friend and I only stayed for one night. We were in town to participate in the Spartan Race. We were able to walk to all of the main restaurants and shops (5 minute walk), and down to the lake very easily. The heaters worked great, it was clean and in a safe area. We were thoroughly impressed by this rental. I will definitely be renting this cabin again. Thank you!

Property was very clean. Location is walking distance to Big Bear Village and Big Bear Marina. Property Manager was very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We plan on visiting again!!
