Großes Ferienhaus | optimale Raumaufteilung

Die Aufteilung der drei Schlafzimmer ist perfekt, denn hinter jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Zimmer und der Garten sind sehr großzügig, wirklich genügend Platz! Der Innen- und Außenbereich hat unserem Sauberkeitsempfinden leider nicht genügt. Was wir vorher nicht wussten: ein Nachbarhund fühlt sich im Garten heimisch und verhält sich entsprechend. Er benutzt auch das Outdoor-Sofa.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben uns im Haus Fratrici einfach rundherum wohl gefühlt. Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool, der überdachten, schattigen Veranda mit Lounge und dem ebenfalls überdachten Essbereich mit Grill ist der Hammer. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön möbliert, und dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad hat, ist echt Luxus. Alles hat bestens geklappt vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Sehr netter Verwalter/Eigentümer. Wir würden das Haus allen weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem Ferienhaus, es ist sehr sauber, modern und hat alles was man sich wünscht. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei und der Pool und der überdachte Grillplatz sind einfach der Hammer. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Echt Klasse

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus mit ausgeklügelten Grundriss, jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit eigenem Bad, Balkon oder Terrasse versehen. Dazu ein sehr schöner und ebenfalls gepflegter Pool, sowie einen großen überdachten Grillplatz, der selbst bei Regen einwandfrei genutzt werden kann. Das große sauber angelegte Grundstück ist mit Schauckel bestens für Kinder geeignet. Einen Carport sowie ein Tor mit Fernbedienung ist auch vorhanden. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine Woche Istrien

Besonders war, dass alle Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad haben. Der Pool ist groß genug zum Schwimmen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, manche halbfertigen Nachbarhäuser tragen jedoch nicht zur Schönheit der Landschaft bei. Der Freisitz mit Grill ist schön, aber wegen der Mücken abends nur mit Mückenschutz ein Genuß. Wer Ruhe sucht ist das eine ideale Unterkunft.

Very nice villa

Very nice villa. The pool and outdoor area is very nice. I would come back another time, if I was going to Umag again. S. (the host) was very friendly and check in/out went very smooth. There was no umbrellas to give shade, while laying on the sunbeds, which we missed. In addition we missed having cushions for the sunbeds. The location of the villa is very private and nice, just next to a forrest. There are quite a lot mosquitos - but nothing that a spray can't handle.

Tolles Haus, toller Pool!

Das Haus und der Pool sind super. Wir (Eltern mit drei Kindern) haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht. Das Haus hätte etwas sauber sein können. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Mosikospray nicht vergessen!

Perfektes Feriendomizil

Das Haus liegt ca. 3 km außerhalb von Umag und ist sehr ruhig und idylisch gelegen. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor Ort ist exzellent und rührig. Das Haus selbst ist modern eingerichtet, top gepflegt und hat Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Der Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend gestaltet und verfügt über ausreichend Liegen. Hinter dem Haus schließt sich ein großer Gartenbereich an. Neu ist der gemauerte und überdachte Grillbereich seitlich zum Pool. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit netten Vermietern

Das Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben, also perfekt. Der Zustand und die Ausstattung sind einwandfrei. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand, absolute Ruhe, aber bei uns auch viele Mücken/ Moskitos. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und nett. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in englischer Sprache. Der Kontakt war jederzeit per WhatsApp möglich. Man benötigt ein Auto oder Fahrrad, um nach Umag und somit ans Meer zu kommen. Die Fahrzeit mit dem Pkw beträgt etwa 3-5 Minuten. Wer Ruhe liebt, trotzdem in Meernähe sein möchte und dazu ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus inkl. POOL zur alleinigen Nutzung zum sehr guten Preis sucht, der findet hier genau das richtige.

Ein schöner Urlaub mit Anmerkung

Das Haus und die Ausstattung waren gut, jedoch in zwei Punkten stark verbesserungswürdig: - der Holzkohlen-Grill funktionierte nicht (keine Unterluft), der Ersatzgasgrill war nicht so sauber, dass wir ihn nutzen wollten - die Aussenliegen hatten keine (!) Polsterauflagen, was bei diesem Preis selbstverständlich sein muss (und in anderen Häusern auch so ist). Der Entfernungshinweis nach Umag/Küste sollte konkreter verfasst werden; wir dachten, dass das Haus am Rande von Umag liegt. Positiv: Toller Pool, gute Hausaustattung, gute Betreuung.

The new standard by which all VRBO will be judged.

If we could give this home more than 5 stars we would. Our family of 6 made this home our base for exploring Istria in early June. We couldn't have chosen a better home and as we travelled through central Europe over 5 weeks the home in Umag was the family favorite and the standard by which all other homes were judged. The owner (who speaks Croatian and German) and his son Stefan (speaks fluent English) are kind, helpful and very thoughtful (even bringing a birthday present for our daughter who turned 10 while we were at the home, and gave my wife a very sweet parting gift). The house is a bit hard to find at first but the owner drove out to meet us and led us in. There are multiple small and large grocery stores within 5-10 minutes drive (you must have a car, this is a very quiet and small residential area on the outskirts of Umag). There is a beach within a 15 min jog which we went to a few times to splash around. We made easy day trips to Trieste, Pula, Funtana, etc. all were very convenient to get to from the home. The home has a large secured parking area for multiple cars, an amazing pool and deck with BBQ grill and plenty of places to lounge around or even play badminton or soccer. The home is brand new (it feels like we were the first ones to ever stay there!) and has high end windows/doors/appliances etc. If you are planning on visiting Istria there is no where else that I would stay than here. Can't wait to go back to this great vacation rental.
