Welcome to Desert Oasis Estate on an acre lot where you can find much privacy needed for your vacation.

Enjoy your getaway with your loved ones at this peaceful and centrally-located residence with the private pool in front of the spacious patio where you can grill out and enjoy the pool/backyard view.

This property offers much privacy needed for your getaway while being centrally located in the heart of Sierra Vista with the main restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, and Fort Huachuca all within 10 mins.

This stunning property is nestled in a safe, quiet, and reputable neighborhood in the middle of Sierra Vista and is a great base camp for the nearby tourist attractions such as Sonoita, Tombstone and Bisbee.

I try to put lots of character into my house using ergonomic and beautiful sets of furniture and décor. Please be respectful of the property and things inside the house.

The house gets professionally cleaned with strict cleaning guidelines each time guests check out.

This property is a 100% NON-SMOKING (both inside/outside) and PET-FREE house to ensure utmost cleanliness. Any guest in violation of the smoking/pet policy will additionally be charged $500 for deep cleaning the house.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

During our 10-day stay at the residence while visiting our son at Fort Huachuca, LJ ensured that every aspect of our stay was amazing. The house was clean and had more than enough room for our family. the grandchildren and i throughly enjoyed the pool and I appreciated the safety feature of the pool being completely enclosed by a fence, preventing the grandchildren from gaining access to the pool area without an adult. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Sierra Vista 10 out of 10.

Family time

The property is very comfortable and conveniently located in a super quiet neighborhood. It is close to shopping and relatively close to the highway for day trips. Our host was very responsive. The pool was clean, but the boys only swam once since the weather was cool. We would recommend this property for families.

The house is in an excellent location to visit the Tombstone and Bisbee area. The owner is very prompt in answering questions. If I return to the area, I will rent it again.

Great Place for Families

During our recent visit to family we found this beautiful home. My family of 8 were extremely comfortable and relaxed. The home is situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with proximity to all of our needs. Our host made us feel welcome and even tried to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Can’t wait for another visit to Sierras Vista and will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our vacation special!!!

Perfect Family Home

LJ was a great host. Easy to communicate with. The house was perfect! Great place for our family to stay and spend some quality time together. Great location. Close to stores, easy drive to Tombstone and Fort Huachuca. House was very clean and had all the amenities. I highly recommend.

Excellent headquarters for our birding jaunts

Our group of six women friends enjoyed staying in this spacious home. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio. Had the weather been warmer, we certainly would have jumped in the pool - very clean and inviting. The owner was proactive in communicating and responsive to our one or two questions. We were out and about most days, but liked coming back to our "base" where we cooked supper and enjoyed our evenings.

Quick trip

The property was clean, well-stocked with needed amenities and the owner/manager extremely responsive. A bit more run down than expected from the photos, and one of the bedrooms felt more like a converted sunroom. But it was more than enough space for our family.

Reunion

We stayed for 5 nights for a family reunion. The property owner was super easy to work with and highly responsive. The outdoor patio area was our favorite spot to have morning coffee and evening drinks. Would have loved to have more hangers in closets, but it worked out fine. Some of the rooms are a little more worn than the photos (could just use some sprucing up with paint, etc), but overall it was a good property for our stay.

Great experience!

I am so thankful I came across this lovely home! The host made sure we had everything we needed and was very communicative. We had a med/large family of all ages including a disabled teen and there was plenty of room for all of us. The cleanliness of this beautiful home was definitely 10/10! Having little ones, I was thankful for the gate around the pool and the large backyard for them to run around in. I was VERY pleased with the location! A beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood that had many options in stores and restaurants close by. Tombstone was just a short drive as well. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Sierra Vista or Tombstone area!

Great property close to Fort Huachuca

Great house with a lot of room. After a long day of travel, it was nice to find some bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The only downfall for more than 6 people is there are only 2 bathrooms. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything in the Sierra Vista area. The pool is private. Our host was a good communicator. Things that would have been nice - add a top sheet to the beds, keurig coffee machine (who knows how to make refill pot coffee anymore), black out curtains in the master, pool furniture, and maybe a few more seats on the living room. Definitely a place to consider if you are visiting Sierra Vista or Fort Huachuca!

Sierra Vista birding adventure

We were a group of 3 related families (3 siblings with their spouses and 3 children). The house is in a safe and convenient location. It is spacious and has an open layout with a large table for family meals and a smaller kitchen table for informal eating, gathering. The kitchen is also large and nicely laid out but was missing some essential items like a large pot for cooking pasta. Some new pans arrived midway through our stay. There was no WiFi when we arrived but after several calls, Lasan worked with us to get it working and set up the TVs. The pool is lovely but cold and the charge was $80 per day to heat it. We still had issues with the heater going off but we did enjoy it on a few days. 2 bathrooms for 9-10 people was OK but at times a little difficult. The covered parking for three cars was a great feature. Overall, Lasan was responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns. My family and I would like to stay here again if we return to SV for another birding adventure.

Spacious Ranch!!

Plenty of space for our family of 7, however it would have been nice to have a place to hang things (ex: linens, bathrobes…) in the small bathroom. Also no place to set a bar of soap or hang a washcloth or towel in the shower. There was a vertical grab bar but it was partially broken, as well as a broken plastic hanger of some sort on the bathroom door leading into the den with the foosball table. The bedroom, with 2 beds, didn’t have any closets. We just draped our clothes over the table & chairs in the room. The laundry room has shelves & a rod with coat hangers, located in the bedroom closest to the pool. This place needs some upgrades like newer mattresses, but if you like soft beds this is your place. Also don’t quite understand the No Shoes policy, my tan socks turned black very quickly inside the house. However, we enjoyed our stay in Sierra Vista and the Columbian coffee provided by the homeowner was a nice touch.

The property is located at the end of the street on a corner lot in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Fort Huachuca gate is 3 miles away from the house.

Main shopping center/ restaurants are 2 miles away from the house.

Pueblo Del Sol Country club is 3 miles away from the house.

Bisbee/Tombstone is a 30 min-drive from the house and easily within reach for a day trip to go enjoy historic sites and artsy areas.

Kartchner Caverns State Park, which is one of the best attractions in Arizona, is only 25 mins away from the house. You take HWY 90 which also leads you to Sonoita/Elgin Wine Country.

The Wine Country (Sonoita/Elgin) is a 30-min, easy drive from the house. It is not too far from Kartchner Caverns State Park, so you can plan the same day trip to both attractions.

Ramsey Canyon and Miller Peak are close from the house and one can go for short/long trail adventures/hike.

Chiricahua National Monument is 80 miles away from the house. That is less than a two-hour drive.

Please feel free to use the full-size washing machine and dryer to wash any dirty laundry.

Help yourself with unlimited coffee and start the day right. I stock up 100% Arabica coffee for my guests.

We store two high-quality queen-size floor mattresses that are really comfortable. If you need any additional sleeping arrangement, we can set these beds for you without any charge.

The pool is fenced for safety precautions and is operational year-around. It can be heated upon request with an extra charge prior to your arrival (except DEC-FEB where it is too cold for water to stay heated). Be mindful that heating the pool takes anywhere from 12-24 hours depending on the ground temperature, so please give us an advance notice if you'd like us to heat up the pool.
