Enter through a canopy of trees down the quarter mile long personal & private driveway to your own piece of paradise. Enjoy evenings on the waters edge or watching the breathtaking views from any of the multiple rooms of this incredible villa. Our newest latest addition to the list of amenities is a newly installed 8 seater Hot Tub and Electric Car Charger!

The home features 3 bedrooms, 1 family entertainment room (with an Imperial Pool table), 2 full baths, large modern kitchen with dining area, the spacious living room with a stone fireplace and a Sun Room off the living room where you can sit and watch the boats go past or enjoy the river. Outside there is a tiled arched patio and courtyard, best in class Trager Wood Grill and a Fire Pit, perfect for enjoying a great family time.

Once outside make your way to the private dock, dip your legs into the river, hop onboard kayaks, enjoy fishing, swimming and watch the breathtaking sunset views!

Perfect vacation home for 1-2 families. Since, Sai Villa is in the midst of nature, for safety and security of you and the property, there are cameras outdoors. Camera covers the main door, river view patio, nature surrounding hot tub, driveway to the property so that you feel safe always!

Beautiful house on the river

My family and I loved our stay! This villa was our home for 10 days while we were visiting with family and friends. During that time we had a few hiccups but the property manager and owner were avaliable to help out with any questions we had. At one point the electricity had gone out in the area, but luckily this villa has a Tesla power bank so we were still able to have a bit of light, use the water, and cook. All the necessities were taken care of. We came in spring so all of the roses on the property were in bloom and smelled amazing. The view is beautiful! I loved going out to the floating dock and checking how high or low the tide was for the day. As others have noted, the home is a bit older, but it definitely has a wonderful charm and we hope to be coming back to stay again soon. Thank you Villa Rakshit

Pros & Cons

Pros: 1) beautiful lakeview, 2) kayaks, hot tub, firepit available, 3) easy check-in, 4) owners are very kind and allowed us to check-in early. We enjoyed the lakeview and caught fish and crabs. Cons: 1) found mouse drop under the bathroom sink in the entertainment room, and mice trap behind the dryer, 2) kitchen is very outdated, needs a major remodel. 3) washing machine was not working, stopped in the middle with full of water, tried 3x, no luck, called the owner, it needed to be set at certain mode for it to work again. 4) dryer was not working, you had to pull and lever up a bit then would work again. Overall: The interior is very outdated compared to other rental houses. For the price we paid, we expected more.

Last minute stay

We had to come into town for a funeral and were very happy this property was available as it was large enough for all of our family. It was very clean and the hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was seamless.

Great time at a great villa

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is perfectly located for the various activities we did (Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, zoo and a few wineries).The villa itself is beautiful and very well maintained at all times. The property is spacious with its solarium to enjoy the morning and the game room to relax after our long days of activities. The bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas were very comfortable for our two families, including four young teenagers. We also took full advantage of the perfectly functional kitchen since we cooked our dinners at the villa most of the time. We didn't have time to fully enjoy the outdoors given our busy days, but it also offers several possibilities, including the river and dock, kayaks, outdoor fire pit, outdoor patio and hot tub. Thank you Monika and Manish for your welcome and willingness to answer our questions during our stay.

Beautiful property, great hosts!

Stayed for a long weekend getaway with family and friends, and everyone agreed that this was the best Vrbo we've ever stayed at. We split time between sitting on the dock looking out over the water, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool in the game room, and socializing on the many outdoor patio areas. The hosts were extremely nice and very responsive to any inquiries we made. I highly recommend this property and am sure I'll be back!

Great Getaway

The host was very communicative and professional. The property is nested in a secluded wooded neighborhood adding privacy and a sense of a getaway. Be sure to review GPS before your trip, as cell coverage is weak approaching the area and while indoors, but better out on the dock. Our family enjoyed the property and the amenities. There are minor cosmetic and functional repairs that should be addressed, but they did not significantly impact our stay. It was a wonderful experience during our stay. I appreciate the host’s hospitality and accommodation. I would definitely come again.

Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The house is located close to NJMP (15 minutes). It is very peaceful and beautiful. We saw an eagle fishing for their breakfast in the river. The game room and fire pit were big hits too! Many thanks to our hosts!

Mini paradise

We needed a small get away before we dove into fall. Summer was swamped with work and not too many fun activities. This property allowed us to experience most of summer in just one weekend. There is so much to do there, we didnt have to travel anywhere else. We got to enjoy the sunshine and river with the kayaks and floaties. Grilled out on the grill and had a cute little picnic. We were the first to enjoy the new hot tub, and it didn't disappoint! Inside was appointed with just as many amenities as outside. The kids played a few rounds on the Foosball table while watching their YouTube videos on the huge TV in the game room. We tried a round of pool, also located in the game room, but learned we aren't the greatest. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a nice dinner. Double ovens made it easier to make larger portions. I like that the bathroom is attaches to the game room and allows the kids their own bathroom. Ample space to sleep and relax. I can't say enough good things about this property. It really is like a mini paradise and I can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful riverfront location

Outside is everything as advertised and that is where we spent most of our time. Inside has a few issues. Bathrooms disjointed from bedrooms, kitchen lighting needs to be updated and we experienced a few oversights with their cleaning process. There were also some relatively simple maintenance problems they could fix with more attention to the details. Overall a wonderful stay.

Race week in Millville

Thank you for the house on the river! Although there for the racetrack, we enjoyed relaxing by fishing, s'mores, and kayaking! Can’t wait to come back. Highly Recommend!

Hidden gem!

We are originally from the area and had no idea a spot like this existed! It is a real getaway, very well maintained, and managed with extreme hospitality. Communicating with Monika was easy and handled so well. The view of the river was relaxing and lovely with all the fall colors around us. The property is very private, comes with kayaks and a dock, has several small gathering areas with ambiance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! For full disclosure, it is incredibly clean but outdated. The oven wasn’t operable which was fine for our stay. It’s tough getting parts right now in the US and we understood this.

Room for plenty on the river

M&M’s house is gorgeous and unique. My friends and I had plenty of space to sleep, eat, and have fun. If you’re coming to the area with a group, this is an excellent choice. I only have two gripes: 1) There’s no sofa bed as listed in Bedroom 4. There’s a small checkered thing that reclines, but it is 100% not suitable for sleeping on. 2) No indication was given that the oven display is messed up. You really have to pay attention when you set the temperature. Sure, an internal thermometer was included, but that’s just not a great option. We changed up our menu a bit. All in all, I had a nice time and would like to come back for a longer stay next time.
