Bad mantainance

Leakage in the bathroom that maintained it flooded all the time. The attendants at the desk are not friendly at all.

We arrived early before check in time with a request put in a few weeks before for early check in. The front desk worker said I could not check in early because my reservation was just made. (I made my reservation 6 months prior)so I waited then had to ask if there was somewhere to store luggage so we could go eat. Very unhelpful

When we got into our room, the musty smell was terrible. Noticed the shower head was leaking and would not stop. Woke up the next morning to a cockroach in the sink, and the front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked them to some and spray and they said they couldn’t. Will never be back and hoping for some sort of credit on our room. It was terrible.

Trashy. Shower curtain was torn and the rod was falling off the wall, floor was dirty when we got there, half a roll of toilet paper so it was previously used... trash behind the bed and the mattresses were springs but you roll towards the edge when laying on it from so much use. Just to check in took over an hour with 2 people in front of us at the front desk. I shouldn't have to check in to a hotel when im renting on the vrbo app, thats ridiculous...

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice having transport to Disney, but would be helpful to have more than 1 time option. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast could have been better, it was just adequate.

Worth the read! Broken AC and completely cold, wet floor. Hidden amenity fees for horrible amenities. Didn't even eat breakfast it was so unappetizing. The "gym" is not a gym. I guess you could use the pool.. but we would have gladly opted out it wasn't anything special or worth the "resort fee" Tiny bathroom. Stains on sheets. Weird art looks like taken on Iphone... just not it. Was a place to stay that felt safe and I guess clean but for the price you could stay at a nicer bnb and get your own food. The people working were great and nice and professional no hate to them at all! However, they were understaffed in the middle of the night for a music festival when many people would be checking in... Just very ok stay.. nothing special and regretting my purchase. I wish my party and I could have stayed somewhere else.

Tv did not work correctly, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Bathroom smelt moldy and lamp shades looked mouldy. Listing through VRBO charges a fee then I had to pay another fee when checking in. Front staff was very nice and lobby and pool was nice, but the room needs updating. If I did book again I would NOT book through a third party.

Cockroachs in our rooms. Room always feels damp. BOOKED THE HOTEL THROUH VRBO WITH THE EXPECTATION OF FREE PARKING BUT WAS CHARGED WHEN I ARRIVED. ALSO THE RESORT FEE WAS ALMOST DOUBLED. Asked the manager why i was charged for parking when clealy the invoice from vrbo said free parking, arefund was correctly returned. The policy had changed but was not updated quick enough on vrbo. They stood by the reservation i made a made it right.

Gym had limited machines in total and a couple of them were broken out taped together. Parking is now charged if booked after June. Thankfully I booked before. Shuttle returning from universal studios is very crowded.

This motel charges resort fees. There was water dripping through the ceiling of the breakfast area. The rooms could have a little better cleaning on the lamps and edges. The pool was nice but there is cracked and chipped cement . I was not happy at check in because you pay parking but have to go to the timeshare booth to get it validated, forcing you to talk to the time share people. The breakfast was styrofoam round eggs and they were lukewarm. I would not stay there again.

All staff I encountered were kind and courteous. The room as adequate and met expectations. If you're looking for a resort, you'll be upset, but considering the price I was extremely happy. My daughter and I saw tons of other families. However, it was so quiet at night, I slept wonderfully. It was close enough to the airport and Disney, but still seemed a bit tucked away from chaos. :-)
