Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course

Enjoy a relaxing mountain getaway in this bright and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on the 4th fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the trees and Feather River beyond! Perfect for a family vacation, a couple's getaway, girls trip, or golf weekend with friends!

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a split-style bathroom across the hall featuring a separated sink area and toilet/shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer. There is a gas grill on the deck with both outdoor and indoor dining options.

WIFI is provided. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV with FireStick so you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also books, puzzles, and games!

There's a wood burning fireplace for cold nights as well as thermostats for temperature control in each room. On warmer summer nights, each room has a ceiling fan and additional floor fans for your use. The house also features a whole-house fan to help cool things down quickly in the evenings. Most homes in the area are not equipped with air conditioners, but the whole-house fan really makes a difference on the warmer days!

The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler to use for an afternoon out at one of the many local lakes!

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars (1 in garage and 2 in driveway), but more than that can not be accommodated. Street parking, trailers, and RVs are not allowed and guest spaces are not open to renters.

-- THE AREA --
There is something for everyone here! If you love golfing, we're located on the amazing Plumas Pines Golf Course and are short drives away from Nakoma, Whitehawk Ranch, Grizzly Ranch, and Graeagle Meadows.

Plumas County has so many fantastic recreation options you'll never be bored! Head up to the many lakes located in Lakes Basin for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or spend a day hiking or mountain biking. If you prefer fishing, walk down to the Feather River or check out nearby Lake Davis.

We're a short drive from downtown Graeagle where you can spend the day shopping, eating, and enjoying some sun at Mill Pond. There's a gas station and small grocery store in town for essentials, and a larger grocery store in nearby Quincy or Portola. Make sure to check out the many dining options the area has to offer!

If historical outings interest you, then you can visit the Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, the Jamison Mine Complex, or the Plumas-Eureka State Park.
