Step inside to find a handsome living space dressed in cool tiled floors and attractive decor. Kick back on the luxurious furniture to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV then head outside to savor a delicious beverage with friends on the furnished patio. You'll have a full kitchen equipped with small and major appliances and gorgeous countertops, and the home's private gas grill will make sure those family barbecues are fun and easy. You can serve up to six guests at the dining table and the breakfast bar has three barstools for afternoon snacks. The kids will love romping around the enclosed yard with the family dog and you'll love splashing around in the private saltwater pool after a long afternoon hike. Take advantage of the private washer/dryer to keep everyone's clothes nice and clean while the central AC and ceiling fans cool the home down. Use the fast WiFi to post your favorite selfies to your social media profile.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
