2 master suites townhome (1700 SqFt), Incredible ocean/port view, top of the hill, fully furnished, Brand new all wood flooring throughout the living-room and dining room, remodeled kitchen, 2 car attached garage, Balcony overlooking the Long Beach port and ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, coffeemaker, and a huge full size refrigerator (with built-in Ice and filtered water) perfect for the chef in you. Cook up a storm with ultra modern cook top stove and make simultaneous use of three ovens. There is a complete dinnerware for 8 along with plastic bowl and sippy cups for kids. Additional full size refrigerator in the garage.

Furnished with top quality furnishings and comfortable beds, One master bedroom has a California king bedroom set and a toddler bed. The second master bedroom has a queen bedroom set. The living room is furnished with comfortable queen size sofa bed. Available are two travel Graco cribs, two car seats, and a high chair for the convenience of feeding the little ones. Also available is a small toddler fence for the baby.

Perfectly located to explore LA and Southern California. The weather is almost perfect all year round. The breezes pick up almost every evening and you can guarantee sights such as boat races or windsurfing in the LA Channel waters as well as Cruise Ships entering and leaving the harbor. Plenty of Windsurfing and other water-sport shops within 5 minutes. Only a 5 minute Walk to Fort MacArthur and 15 minute walk to the beach.

The Los Angeles airport is only 22 miles and the Los Angeles Cruise terminals are almost within view. Local amenities within 10 minutes include the Cabrillo Aquarium, The Mariners Museum, Port-O-Call, the Korean Memorial, Fisherman's Warf, The Point Ferman Lighthouse, Cabrillo yacht club, and Trumps World Class Golf Courses overlooking the Palos Verdes Peninsula. San Diego is two hours away with easy access to Mexico, 34 miles from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, The Getty Museum, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, LA convention center, Concert hall, and Universal Studios. Other fun trips can be taken to Catalina Island. With the Catalina express only 10 minutes away you are assured easy access in addition to the hydroplane and ferry.

There is plenty to do and special events include the Rose Bowl parade in nearby Pasadena, The Grand Pri car race, Venice beach, and many other California happenings. Cal State Long Beach is about 15 minutes away. In December you have a full view of the Los Angeles Harbor Boat Parade. On 4th of July watch the fireworks from almost any part of the house. With a simple set of binoculars you can even see the Queen Marry in Long Beach.

Wonderful townhouse with a Great View. The photos don’t show how outstanding the view really is...

The hosts have everything included to make a comfortable stay. A wonderful welcome basket, the house is clean and we found everything needed in the kitchen to cook. The property is close to the ferry terminal to Catalina and many great restaurants and wonderful, uncrowded beaches are nearby. We had a great time and Thanks for sharing your townhouse with us...

Awesome View

We enjoyed our stay. The furnishings were a bit outdated but comfortable. Property is on a steep hill so it isn't a walkable area. We had a rental car so that wasn't really a problem. Beautiful sunsets from Angel Park only a mile away. The view from the property is awesome!

Even Better than the Pictures!

The view was magnificent! It was even better than the pictures. The condo was well-equipped with many unexpected extras. It felt welcoming and comfortable. Roya made us feel welcome, too. He was quick to answer our questions. This was our first VRBO, and it was such a good experience (we were there for a month) we may go for it again sometime.

Harbor View

This property was a very comfortable and spacious apartment for our family visit in Long Beach. The apartment was well stocked with all the necessary conveniences, including a double car garage. We especially enjoyed the balcony views and cozy fireplace in the evenings. The location at the top of the hill was perfect for walks to Lookout Point Park, just above the apartment, where we enjoyed watching a few spectacular sunsets over Catalina Island. Roya was a gracious host and we hope to stay with her again next time we visit the area. D&K

Business and Pleasure in Long Beach

Very nice town home, quiet location, close to my conference that was held at the Long Beach Convention Center. We were there July 2018 and the weather was a little hot, but the owners installed a temporary AC Unit in the bedroom and that worked out perfect. My family enjoyed the surrounding area including Catalina Island while I was at the conference. Would highly recommend to anyone needing two bedroom two bath accommodations. The 4 night stay was about the same price as one hotel room with two queen beds. The house was much nicer. Would highly recommend. Bob Louisville, KY

Very run down

We are so sorry that you were uncomfortable. We had no idea and wished you would've addressed all your concern during your stay. We never had any issues with heat. There are 2 heater in the property. 1 big HeatDish 16" Parabolic heater and another smaller heater. We have replace the smaller one with another big ceramic heater for better comfort. The gas fireplace also heats up the whole house immediately. As for the noise. we are not aware of any construction in the area and is usually very quiet. Again, we hope you can give us another opportunity and thank you for your stay.

NIce home but it doesn't sleep 6, not comfortably.

We stayed at this rental property for 5 days. The location was great and the pictures did reflect the house. I felt there was some misadvertising about the home. It really only sleeps 4 people comfortably. The bed for the 5 and 6th person is a very sorry hide away sofa. The dishwasher is also not useable due to the refrigerator being too large and blocks you from opening the dishwasher enough to be able to put the dishes into it. We also had very limited paper products in the home (toilet Paper, paper towels) which is somewhat petty but necessary. I don't think I would rent the property again.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We also feel that the property's King and Queen beds are more comfortable and convenient than the sofa bed, the air mattress, or the child's bed. With only two bedrooms available, the sofa bed in the living room was challenging to accommodate. We apologize and understand that toiletries and paper products are of particular importance to guests. Please accept our offer to reimburse you for additional toiletries and paper products. Toiletries, paper towels, and even snacks are provided for one or two nights of stay so guests have time to familiarize themselves with the area and an opportunity to shop for the remainder of their stay. We felt that allowing tenants to purchase their own toiletries and paper products allows the tenant to acquire the brands and quality that best suits their tastes and personal needs. The problem of the refrigerator interfering with the dishwasher is scheduled to be fixed as soon as the plumber has access to the property next week. We apologize for not bringing this to your attention. This new refrigerator is larger than the old one and we have a good design that we know will eliminate the interference. Although interference does make it more inconvenient to load and unload the dishwasher, the dishwasher is, in fact, useable although not for the larger kitchen items.

Disappointing uncomfortable stay

The place has great views but that’s the best thing about it...it’s not in a very convenient location if you’re wanting to go to LA attractions & the beaches. It’s also overall not a very comfortable place either. The master bedroom is hot despite the air conditioning unit... it doesn’t stay on all night since the drawer fills with water & needs emptying...we finally brought in a fan & that helped. The carpet in master BR has stains, the toilet seat is chipped & constantly runs (needs replaced), shower head doesn’t stay straight (hits the wall), pull out sofa is awful, carpet runner in garage is heavily stained...just a bunch of little things that make the place not very comfortable. Also not ideal having kids stay on 1st floor near door with master BR on 2nd floor. With a few upgrades it could be a really great place but just not up to standards we are used to on vacation.

We are so sorry that you were uncomfortable. Within the last 9 years, we have been dedicated and committed to giving our guest the best possible experience. To address your concerns, as for the location, LA is very big and in the VRBO property location tab, the map clearly circle the area where the property is located so you can plan your trip accordingly. If you wanted to go to the north part, then perhaps you should look for properties in the north. As for the chip on the toilet, this was new and has since been replaced. The carpet was inspected and couldn't find any stain. Carpets get professionally steam cleaned every 6 months. And as for the AC, most coastal properties don't need A/C due to a wonderful ocean breeze, but this year, our global warming has affected the temperature and the temperature is unusually high with great humidity.

San Pedro!

This is a comfortable property in a nicer section of San Pedro. Convenient to all of SoCal really. Many dining and shopping options. Reasonable rates and a good host. Good for couples as there are two master suites on different levels. The decor is dated but functional and the kitchen is very well stocked. The internet is adequate but may not have the bandwidth to support multiple devices at all times of the day or a remote work situation that requires a more robust connection. The garage is convenient but might not accommodate very tall or long vehicles. Street parking is available. Very steep approach to the property and the driveway but you get used to it. Good neighbors, quiet and friendly. Beautiful places to walk along the coast or down at the Marina. The view of the harbor is spectacular and we had fun watching ships of all kinds come and go, sailboats, wind surfers, etc. In the dead of summer temps rarely went above 80F. Note the property faces East so you get beautiful sunrises and the hot afternoon sun does not overheat the home. A short walk gets you in view of beautiful sunsets. We were sorry to leave and we hope to visit again.

NO AC..Accessiblity a nightmare..no grass for pets

I hate to leave bad reviews and in the end you'll have to judge for yourself, but this is how we felt. PROS: The house had plenty of room and was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Upstairs bed was very comfortable. Roya offered to let us check in early and because of a family emergency, we had to leave early, and though we had rented for a month, she willingly worked with me on a refund. It has a nice view of the LA harbor. CONS: No AC (should be stated as such in the listing). LA had been in a heat wave (100 degree days) for about 2 weeks before our arrival and was still in it. After 5 days of suffering I emailed Roya to say that she should at least provide a portable unit for her guests and she said that she did have one, but did not know it was going to be this hot so it wasn't in the house. How could she not know? It had been that way for weeks and if she didn't live in the area, I know she could've checked the temp. She never once called us to see if we would've liked to have had it. I had to ask if she could bring it over and she said she'd check with her cleaning agency and let me know. I never heard back from her. We decided to buy our own to put in the bedroom and within 2 hours of installing it, had a VERY rude person who said he was Pres. of the HOA, knocked on the door and told us to take it out or he was calling the police. We obliged because we didn't want Roya in trouble with the HOA though we knew no police would bother responding to such a trivial call. There is no TV in living room only in bedrooms. A lot of stairs (3 story house). You have to drive up a VERY steep hill to get to the condo and then trying to get into the garage is an absolute nightmare unless you have an SUV. The driveway (shared between 6 condos) is steep, unlevel (made of bricks and concrete) and very hard to navigate. Trying to get in and out of town (San Pedro) is difficult during morning traffic. There is only 1 way in and 1 way out to get to her house. Though her house is pet friendly, there is no grass (only dirt) close by unless you walk up to the street and again it's very steep (45 degree angle or more). The neighbors houses that you overlook from the balcony have junk everywhere....sheets hanging from their balconies, etc (if you get the picture) . Not very appealing to look at. We would not stay here again.

I'm sorry for your family situation and how you felt about your stay. Because of this, when you needed to leave early we decided it was best to help you out with a refund, even though the calendar was blocked for over 3 months and lost other potential guests. As for the A/C, we do not advertise this property as having one, we provide portable A/C per request. We' would have liked to have heard from you sooner about wanting the AC, which normally is not needed. We heard from you few days before you left which my agency was going to drop it off for you but after receiving a call from association that you already had one, we cancelled the request as the association told us that they have informed you to keep it up but not use 5 or 6 pillows that was sticking out of the window. I'm also sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the amenities. In fact we haven't heard this from other guests in the past, many of whom have written the reviews that can be seen on the listing. One final thing, this house is a two story house not three. Not sure whether you are referring to this property on this review.

Beautiful condo and great views

The condo is nice size for a couple or small family. It was very clean and well stocked. The view from the living room and deck is beautiful. Also like having our own garage.

Vacation condo with a great view

CtheCoast is an accurate title for this condo with a magnificent view of the Los Angeles Harbor from both the living room and the master bedroom. If you want to make your own meals there is a full kitchen with an electric stove. There is a lot of cookware and plenty of utensils, dishes, and tableware--well used, but servicable. There is a dishwasher, but it isn't very convenient . The large refrigerator blocks the dishwasher door so it only opens part way. The hostess is very accomodating about special requests. A family visit brings us to San Pedro every year and we have always enjoyed our stay.

Our feedback

Our overall experience and time at this property was good, as we were out for the most part. Our comments for the place would be: -Location is great but where the property is located is on a steep hill which makes it little difficult for your car and for walking (you won’t be able to go for a walk if you have young kids) but the garage where you would park your car has an entrance door that takes you directly inside -There is a lot of glass furniture in the home, not ideal for a family or even for anyone. Have to be extremely careful not to bump into anything, the furniture makes it little uncomfortable especially if you have kids -Description mentions toddler bed, high chair, Car seat included at the home, which it was but never mentioned the condition of them. All were extremely old and not useable. Prior to our stay I had messaged the home owner several times to ask about the car seat and never got a reply back. We ended up renting our own car seat from another place. -There were price lists in all the cabinets if you were to brake a glass cup or anything, prices seemed to be quite ridiculous but none the less this wasn’t an issue for us. But be careful if you have kids. -The home was quite hot, there are several fans but no a/c except for one bedroom. Overall our stay was okay, these were our comments for anyone looking to stay here.

A Well-Loved Property

This property has everything a family might need from infants to adults. The property is older and lacking some necessities like a screen door on the slider and some screens on the windows and smoothly functioning shower doors. The list of amenities included beach towels which were not provided. Also, the linens are threadbare and should be updated. However, it worked for our family and we enjoyed our stay, especially the fireworks on July 4th.

Lights on the Water

Loved the night views of all the sparkling lights on the water. Condo is clean and comfortable, albeit dated, with plenty of room for family. They provided necessary items for bath and kitchen and were prompt to respond. If this location meets your needs it is great and quiet. I read another review that said there was a lot of construction noise. Must have been someone doing a DYI project that was unfortunately during his stay. The downtown area is cute and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Worked for me as my son lives in nearby PV. Thanks!

Good view

It was very relaxed weekend get away! The condo was very nice with good view. Only thing I was worried about was glasses. They have so much furniture with glass. And I had little kids.. luckily nothing happened! I really liked the location! We spent so much time at the beaches for different activities!

Comfortable & easy stay

My husband and I enjoyed the stay very much. It was clean and peaceful. We had everything we needed, the owners were readily available by email and nice about us checking in or out at different times. The only thing that was a bit irritating was the extremely steep parking garage on the hill, and the few times we wanted to turn on cable it was a lot of static & interruption. Other than that the view was amazing, furniture was cozy & they had all the essentials.

Great view, good home

The house has a great view of the Port of LA and LB. It was a bit tricky to find by Google as we came in the evening and the street signs were hard to see. Also the hills were WOW, be careful of the driveway! The home was well kept, with everything we could need; except it could use some dish towels. It was a cool February so we found heaters placed all around, thank you! The owner called the evening we arrived to be sure we had no issues, then she left us on our own. They contacted us near the end of our stay to get our departure time so the cleaning people could come. Nice house, we would use it again, if we return to LA area!

After traveling around the world we fell in love with the beautiful and active harbor view. Cabrillo beach which is about 2 minutes from the property is a great place for windsurfing which we both enjoy very much.
