Be blown away by the breathtaking 270 degree mountain views in this luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with hot tub. The home features two main bedrooms with en suites, two additional bedrooms with king sized beds and a child's paradise with two bunk beds and a chalkboard wall. The gourmet chef's kitchen with gas Viking stove and double Bosch ovens comes fully stocked for cooking with All Clad cookware, staples (such as spices and condiments), and plenty of prep and counter space. Each bedroom has a large flat screen smart TV and the home is wired for surround sound with SONOS. The lower level hosts the hot tub with stunning mountain views, kegerator, a SOLO Stove for s'mores and an outdoor TV and fireplace. No detail has been forgotten in this unforgettable mountain top retreat. Floor plans, includingbed sizes, are included at the end of the photos.
PETS: We are happy to welcome one dog under twenty pounds for a non-refundable $200 pet fee. If you have additional pets, or pets that don't meet the size requirements, please inquire.

Excellent Location

House was very nice, Giant TV's everywhere, bedrooms were superb, we enjoyed playing pool, hanging out in Whirlpool and chatting around fire pit.

Beautiful views + space

Our family and friends had a wonderful time in this home. The bedrooms, living spaces and kitchens were massive and super helpful for our group. The views are stunning and it was super close to town as well.

Another Great Visit

Great property, best views in Maggie Valley. Well stocked fridge and pantry, they even provide s’mores, firewood and tapped beer. Amazing home!

Amazing House

The house was amazing! Photos on line do not do it justice. Ashley was great to work with and quick to get back to us. Views were amazing with spectacular sunrises. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need for cooking. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend Glen Vista!!

I can’t say enough about this property! View was amazing, house was everything we could have asked for and more. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Communication with Ashley has been fabulous. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well equipped. We already booked it again for next year!!

Absolutely an Amazing Home, 5 Star all the way

We spent a week at this home in January and it was Amazing. The home is beautiful and well equipped with anything you would need. The view overlooking Maggie Valley is breath taking. A paved road all the way up to the home made it so easy to get back and forth. Everything about this trip was just perfect for me and my wife. The Property Manager, Ashley, was 5 star all the way. No matter what the question or concern was, the response was quick. If we ever travel back to the area, this will be the home we will stay in. One of the best and most relaxing vacations my wife and I have had in years.

Beautiful home with every detail attended to

Our family had a wonderful time here. The location was central to all we wanted to do-Asheville, waterfalls, rafting, casino. We really loved Waynesville over Ashville for shopping and food. There was plenty of space for everyone and room to spare. As a property manager myself I really appreciated the attention to detail and the unexpected perks of this luxury property. I originally thought I’d like a cabin but this was better priced for the size and much nicer with a bit of the woodsy feel. I will highly recommend this property and Ashley who was very accommodating. We’ll be back! Thanks for everything!

The Silver Lining

Our family had the most wonderful stay recently at GlenVista. We had planned for a wonderful mountain vacation while also attending a family wedding in Waynesville. Unfortunately, hurricane Helene arrived Friday and impacted our stay. Ashley and the property saved the day. Even under the worst circumstances, we were able to spend time together as a family, play games, have smores and attend our cousin’s wedding. Many of the wedding activities and guests could not make it, but thanks to GlenVista we got to enjoy the event. We are so grateful for the time together during such a scary time. The generator saved us! We have stayed in many houses around the area and GlenVista’s views are unmatched. Our three year old called it the Holiday House the entire stay. It was beautiful, spacious and just what we needed!

Heavenly - Will be coming back!

This property was the perfect fit for our large and active family. You can't find better views than this in Maggie Valley! The early morning sunrises on the two huge, well-constructed and gorgeous patios were a heavenly way to start each morning. The home was so spacious and came equipped with everything we could imagine - utensils, cookware, and spices for cooking large family dinners every night; appliances that were CLEAN and in perfect working order; pool table and spa were fully equipped and practically brand-new; linens were plentiful and luxurious (the beds and pillows are resort-like). Ashley was the ultimate host - very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. So much fun for all ages which ranged from 15 - 99!!! We will be back!

Breathtaking Mountaintop Retreat

Absolutely the most modern, luxurious and enjoyable mountain home away from home we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we saw the online photos and property description, we were hooked. We are neat freaks, super meticulous, very particular about home designs, enjoy the finer amenities and so it’s always a lengthy process when we set out to find a suitable vacation property. This home checks all the boxes - it has the WOW factor, again and again. We attribute our amazing experience to a blend of 3 things : the house, the location and the host. An unbeatable trifecta!! The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, feels genuinely inviting, and has so many wonderful touches - massive windows for the ultimate in Mountain Views, a chef’s kitchen that is stocked beyond belief, fireplaces in several rooms plus outdoors, a dreamy hot tub, observation deck for dining and sunrise watching, heated toilet seat in the master bath, soaking tub and fireplace as well in master bathroom, oh and then there’s 2 laundry rooms, a pool table and a second kitchen….the list of amenities is long! And the location is superior! We left Florida for a week of hiking, watching the sunrise and making dinners at home. Conveniently located with access to unlimited hikes within an hour in either direction. Close enough to hikes but nestled way up in the mountains for seclusion, the perfect spot to recharge. And then the host was the cherry on top of the dessert. Ashley is thoughtful and kind and extremely reliable and trustworthy in communications. She loves her home but also loved making sure we felt welcome in her home. So we chose this property out of hundreds in the area, and it was an amazing experience! We are excited to plan another trip, with more family, and we’ll surely pick this home again! Absolute Perfection!

2022 Smoky Mountains Adventure

Family group of 5 motorcycle couples enjoyed this fabulous property at 4,000 feet elevation! What a gorgeous view alone! Although the weather wasn't always the best for riding, we still took on multiple routes in our rain gear (Tail of the Dragon; Blue ridge parkway; The Rattler) and then relaxed with all the home amenities of an evening. If trailering or riding motorcycles, note the incline to the house has multiple speed bumps to maneuver and the driveway is narrow with not a huge amount of space to turnaround in at the house. We didn't have any issues, but it did take alot of time rearranging 3 trucks with trailers. Ashley is a fantastic hostess and provided great tips for local eateries and shopping.

Amazing family vacation property

Amazing 5 star luxury home with spectacular views and amenities for a large family. We were totally satisfied with the space and luxurious home to spend a week with extended family. Communication with Ashley was outstanding. She was quick to answer any questions and even had a gift for the children waiting and was easily accommodating when at the last minute we decided to bring a family dog. Would definitely recommend the property for your getaway or any properties that she manages.

Great house for family getaway

Our family stayed at GlenVista this summer during our visit to Maggie Valley. Because our large family likes to have more spacious accommodations than hotel rooms can offer, and to also allow for cooking some meals instead of going out to eat too often, we rent houses on VRBO regularly. This house is certainly the best rental we have seen, and the views are amazing! GlenVista is beautiful, modern, spacious, well-appointed, and has all the amenities a family could want. Pictures on the profile are accurate, and the house really looks as good (or better) in person. The home is also very well-stocked, with everything from cookware, beverages, condiments, treats, and anything that you could need. Finally, our communications with ownership pre- and post- check-in were timely, friendly, and always helpful. No complaints, our family loved our visit, and we hope to see it again in the future!

Already planning our next trip back here! I loved Ashley she was an excellent host and the property and view were unreal. We’ve been staying in Maggie Valley for years and this is the definitely the best view around. 10/10 reccomend :)

A Dream Vacation

We had an absolutely amazing vacation at GlenVista. Ashley was the perfect host and the house is even better than the pics…..which I can’t believe is even possible. Ashley thought of every detail and everyone from my 73 year old mom to my 13 year old son was impressed. You know when your 21 year old can’t stop taking pics for IG you scored big! The view is truly incredible…..you won’t want to leave. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful accommodations and view

We had a wonderful stay. This house was a perfect fit for our two families. Close to the ski resort and other towns. Very well stocked. Amazing views! This house just made life very easy and relaxing for a week. The property manager was also very sweet and responsive, 5 stars easy!
