Has apartment sized appliances in galley style kitchen. 1 king, 1 queen bed and a futon. Privately owned and managed. Keyless entry, easy check-in/out, free parking for two vehicles. Close to restaurants and stores. Because you are booking directly from am owner, you will have an easier, quicker check in and out, easier communication, and you will stay in the exact room you see photos of here. Minimum age of 24 years to book. You may be asked to show ID and sign lease prior to arrival. Person booking must be present.

Amazing

The stay was amazing the host answered all of my questions and very quickly the property was exactly as described and the location was amazing being on the ground floor and so close to everything is exactly what I was looking for I had open heart surgery 6 months ago and this condo was perfect being close to the pools and beach the host was great and we will definitely be staying there again

Great for our little getaway!

Tiffany was great to work with and answered all questions promptly! It was perfect location with easy access to the beach and pools. We got drinks from the poolside bar and dinner from the Turtle Bay Cafe, all were delicious! We will definitely be back!

Sweet little spot right on the beach

We booked on short notice as we decided to stay an extra day in Myrtle Beach. It’s a great little efficiency where you can walk to the beach. Had everything we needed and the resort has lots of amenities and restaurants in walking distance.

Perfect Family Getaway

This little condo was perfect for a family vacation with 2 kids. The ground floor location was right off the pool which made it easy to get the kids place to place with little mess. Tiffany was a great host - super responsive and was able even to let us check in a little early after our 18 hour drive! If you’re looking for a low key, kid friendly option, this is it!

Great owner, small place, lots to do

We knew that this place was small, but there is so much to do at this resort you won't be in your room much. The 4 pools, splash zone, putt-putt on the roof, water slide, 5 hot tubs and a lazy river will keep the kids going. The resort shows a bit of its age (some of the putt-putt "grass" has come unglued from the ground, pools showed some age, splash zone was a bit worn/beat up), but that didn't stop the kids from saying that this was one of the best vacations ever! Great access to the beach as well. When we arrived we had a small issue, but the responsiveness of Tiffany was awesome. She resolved the issue immediately and was a pleasure to work with. I hope to do business with her again in the future.

Very disappointed. Advertised as ocean view and is partial ocean view at best. The rental is very low quality and the whole hotel property is dirty. Don't waste your money here. Keep looking elsewhere!

Great location

This was a quaint little condo in a resort right on the oceanfront. The beds were comfortable and the property was exactly as listed. We had 2 kids and 2 adults in our party and, even though the property isn’t huge, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other the whole time. I love the chairs on the balcony and sat there every morning listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean. You could see the ocean from the balcony but it was an obstructed view. Parking was easy. The parking garage was full of garbage often though, which was disappointing to see. But that’s more on the type of people who stayed there than the property itself. The pools were great. I did wish there was more staff to tell people not to do some things in the pool (eating and playing their own music really loud) but, overall, it was a really great experience. The property itself was nice. There are a lot of hot tubs and a Starbucks on site. We didn’t eat on property so I can’t help there. It’s a beautiful area to take a run (if you’re into that like me) and lots of things to do very close by. Tiffany was great. She responded quickly to our questions and gave great instructions on checking in. Overall I was really happy with our hotel choice.

Great for family

Let's start with location, for a family or older adults its perfect. Literally walking distance to the pool areas, Starbucks, restaurants, and the beach. Being on the first floor had the benefit of just running to room for bathroom breaks or drinks. The actual location of the condo is central to most locations. The room looks out over a parking lot and has no ocean view, it never stated otherwise, just should be noted. The condo itself was smaller than expected, again it noted only 400 sq ft, but we didn't expect the bathroom sink to be outside the actual bathroom. With that being said it had everything we needed and having the extra room for a child was a must. It should also be noted that you will need to bring all your own toiletries and paper products, but a small startup kit is left to get you started. We went a couple blocks over to food lion and were set up for the week. There is no one to turn over room so the towels you are provided will need to be used sparingly, but the pool provides beach towels which were big and can be brought to beach. Same with bedding, it would be nice to have a change of sheets available. I noticed another comment that the beds were old, maybe they were recently changed because both were new and extremely comfortable. Each room has a ceiling fan and there is a/c. There are utensils and all the basic kitchen stuff, including a Kureg which she even starts you off with some pods. We had a issue when we first arrived, was able to immediately get ahold of Tiffany, she lives close by and fixed immediately. We were surprised by the tourists that were there, the majority were less than desirable, but we found that in general at myrtle beach. The actual pool area is not patrolled at all and anyone can walk off the beach onto property. Getting up early and claiming spots by the pool or on the beach is a absolute must. People left stuff out without worry and we had no issues with theft, often leaving bags of stuff unattended. We thought the condo was perfect for what we needed it for and if we returned would most likely stay again.

Would book with the host again!

Working with Tiffany was great, she made everything simple, from the check in to the check out. I only have a few "complaints" about the room itself. A couple more towels would be nice, we went through the amount of towels quickly with 5 of us. Supplying toiletries would be nice too, because the last thing I want to worry about while on vacation is making sure we have enough toilet paper.. I knew that when booking though, so that’s on me, just throwing it out there. Also, with three kids and two adults the room was a little small, but the size was also mentioned, so again, that’s also on me. There was some food left under the couch from people before us. The resort however was different. (Everything I’m about to list is out of Tiffany’s control and strictly on the resort) When they (the resort workers) would clean the rooms around ours, they would leave the same bags of garbage and towels in the hall for a couple days before picking them up. You can see stains in the carpet from leaking garbage outside some doors. The first night we were there, a storm came through and flooded part of the hall and it seemed like they did nothing to take care of it and the hall was musty smelling for the remainder of our week there. Also, if you want a chair by the pool during the day, go watch the sunrise and lay a towel out then. If you don’t, you’ll be lucky to get a chair at any time during the day. They say they monitor ‘unused’ chairs, but they don’t. All we wanted was ONE chair for our family of FIVE. If you want to play mini golf, go to the front desk and get the clubs before wasting 20 minutes to find it, and then getting told everything is down at the front desk. Starbucks is decent though, and their breakfast buffet was alright! The parking ramp is awful to try and park in.. if you have a bigger vehicle, good luck. We have a traverse, and had to do multiple point turns to get into some of the spots. A lot of the workers seem to be younger and spend more time on their phone then actually doing their job, or paying attention. I would try another one of Tiffany’s properties in the future, but probably not this one mainly because of the resort.

Nice condo

Very nice place. It is small. But excellent for our family get away. We arrived the day after the hurricane and there were no issues. Tiffany let us know before arriving about the pool being drained and cleaned, but there was another pool still open and usable, and the resort did an excellent job of cleaning up from the storm within a day.

Would Absolutely Come Back!

We truly loved staying at this resort. We loved how easy it was to check in/out, it’s literally 5 steps away from the beach, so many pools/hot tubs to spend your days in. It’s close to so many shops and restaurants, you really couldn’t ask for a better spot. The only things we were really disappointed in were the room closest to the front door was constantly SO hot, even with the HVAC turned on which wasn’t fun to sleep in. Also, our family likes to make meals weather it be a lunch or dinner so we don’t spend a ridiculous amount of money out, but the stove/oven knobs are so worn out you have no idea what temperature you’re cooking at which was kind of inconvenient. Would absolutely recommend this place to a family/friend group who like to be out a lot of the day because again, the place is VERY small. But it was nice to sleep in and eat at every once in awhile :)

Great space for a family vacation

We stayed during the week with our 3 kids and had so much fun! You are so close to the beach and pools as well as other attractions and restaurants in Myrtle Beach. The room was a good size for us and had everything we needed. I do agree that a change of sheets would be nice with all the sand. The resort itself was a bit chaotic and loud at night but it's to be expected.

Decent Location

The owner was great to communicate with, this particular condo has 2 bedrooms 1bath, and kitchen. 2 rooms allows for privacy. The place was overall decent however it would be nice if the bedding and couch was updated and replaced.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time here! The rooms were the right size for our group of two adults with two kids, and we had everything we needed. The kids had a blast at the pools and the beach, and we enjoyed the oceanfront location. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation 2022

The whole trip from booking to the check out process was made easy by the host. Always in constant communication and very nice people. The room is in the perfect location of Myrtle Beach. My family will definitely be staying here again and again! Highly recommend.

Positive vibes

Very nice working with property manager. Concerns were addressed quickly and very responsive. All amenities in good working order. Pools were clean and kept orderly. Only negative observed by one of our party was the lack of USB outlets. There were two in the bedroom. Beds were decent. Linens clean and ample except we only had one wash cloth apiece. The room was located well between pools, beach and restaurant. We would definitely rent here again for future trips.
