New villa of 115 m2 with a designer interior decoration, swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters, on a fenced plot of 900 m2 typical of this seaside region (wooden terrace, shrubs and sea plants...)<br><br>The villa is fitted out for 8 people and is likely to appeal to 2 families with children.<br><br>The NIGHT AREA is composed of 2 separate wings. Each wing has 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet.<br>The sleeping arrangements are as follows:<br>- 2 bedrooms each with a 140 x 200 cm bed<br>- 2 bedrooms each with either a 160 x 200 cm bed (for an adult couple) or 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm (for 2 children).<br><br>The DAY AREA, between the 2 wings, offers a large 50 m2 space where we find the living room, a large table for 8 people, the American kitchen.<br>An adjoining storeroom with washing machine and dryer.<br><br>The EXTERIOR, cosy and maritime, presents <br>- a heated swimming pool (7 x 4 m)<br>- a large wooden terrace (of course the Landes maritime pine) <br>- deckchairs for lounging in the sun<br>- large sofas and armchairs for aperitifs (in particular)<br>- A large table for 8 sheltered under its coconut shade cloth<br>- a barbecue (obviously essential)<br>- sand (obligatory, we are at the edge of the ocean)<br>- wooded areas. The plants have been set up this year, and are growing at their own pace, but quickly<br>- and sun, lots of sun<br><br>HAVE FUN. We have created play areas for young and old. <br>On the FIELD, we find:<br>- a petanque court<br>- an outdoor foosball table<br>- a ping-pong table<br>- a swing<br>And INSIDE:<br>- TV with access to all Free and replay channels, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney +<br>- Nintendo Switch and its games<br>- Wifi of course<br><br>2 CAR SPACES inside the enclosed plot and a charging station for electric vehicles.<br><br>We are CLOSE TO EVERYTHING:<br>- the ocean is 5 minutes away by bike, 9 minutes for supervised beaches (especially surf schools for amateurs)<br>- The village of Montalivet, its famous market and pedestrian street are 9 minutes away by bike<br>(many bike rental offers on site)<br>- but also close to horseback riding, tree climbing, paintball, karting...<br><br>We offer weekly rentals between June 29th and September 28th. Bed linen and towels provided.<br><br>
