Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming chalet for rent in the village of La Bresse, featuring mountain views, with a floor area of 90 m² and sleeping up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 500 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200)
- A shower room with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190)
- Bedroom 4: a double sofa bed (140×190)
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a barbecue, a high chair, a cot, and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A lovely 500 m² garden, partially fenced with wire mesh and entirely private

The chalet is ideally situated in La Bresse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Activities:
La Bresse, situated in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort offering both summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label. The Vosges offer a wealth of activities and leisure pursuits in both summer and winter

In summer:
- Over 250 km of marked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout…
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial biking…
- Visits: sweet shop, clog-making workshop, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).
In winter:
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (a 10-minute drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small, family-friendly resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic Centre: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, an international biathlon stadium, a floodlit trail, toboggan runs and an ice rink.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Remiremont, 27 km away (approximately 30 minutes by car)
A car is necessary to make the most of the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
