Inside, the spacious living room invites you to relax with a large sectional sofa that includes a pull out queen bed, cozy lounge chairs, and an LG flat screen TV. The open dining and kitchen area makes gathering simple, with seating for six between the dining table and breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home.

Step outside to enjoy the back porch with seating for four and a fully fenced yard, perfect for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed, a bright sunroom sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a spacious closet, while the third bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for kids or teens. A shared full bathroom is located upstairs, with a convenient half bath on the main level.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhome, which is well lit and easy to access. The location is ideal, just 5 minutes from Shem Creek, restaurants, and grocery stores, 8 minutes from Patriots Point, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, and a short drive to the beaches of Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.
