Located in the inner courtyard of our property, this summer cottage will welcome lovers of calm and nature.
This old water mill of the eighteenth century, with its simple and authentic charm, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries far from the solicitations of the modern world.

You benefit at the back of the building from a terrace and a large private garden (unfenced) of about 1500m2 without any opposite, bordered on one side by the river and protected on the other side by a wood.

The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people.
It is composed on the first floor of a large and unique living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer part, dishwasher and washing machine) and a lounge area with a sofa bed (2 seats, extra bed 140 x190 cm, suitable for children).
Upstairs, a room with a 160x200 bed (high quality Tempur bedding), a sofa bed for 1 person (sleeping 90x200 with ikea mattress), a bathroom (shower) with toilet.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the cottage does not have a heating system. Of course, we provide all the necessary blankets for the mid-season in case of cooler nights.

You also have the option of booking an extra room with a 140x200 bed. This independent room has a private shower room, with its own entrance opening into the inner courtyard (please contact us for the price per night).
