Pleasant beachfront villa, beach side, wide sea view. <br>Rental preferably for a whole week in July and August, from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 11am. 7 days minimum. <br>Outside July and August, minimum stay of 6 days. 900 E deposit required on arrival.<br>Unclassified furnished tourist accommodation. <br>Languages of correspondence: French or English.<br>DESCRIPTION:<br>1°) Upstairs (48m²), the house comprises<br>Spacious living room: 21.9m², with 1 bed (190x80 cm) and 1 sofa bed (190x80 cm), Wifi with some TV channels, cupboard, small electronic keyboard, air conditioning<br>Parents' bedroom: 10.9m² with 1 double bed (190x140cm), wardrobe, air conditioning<br>Separate fitted kitchen: 7.2m², 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cupboard, crockery.<br>Bathroom: sink and shower<br>WC: separate.<br>Sea view balconies: 5m² and 4m²<br>2°) - On the first floor (ceiling height 1.90m):<br>Bedroom 12m², with double bed (190x140cm), and single bed (190x90cm), wardrobe, table (no air conditioning). This room has a lower standard: door 1.73m leading to the shed, small window. But it allows you to have a private part for a couple or children.<br>Shed (gate h 1.60m), washing machine.<br>3°) Garden: You can park 1 to 3 cars in the front garden, however, access is through a gate in a passage closed by two red barriers (see photo), closed by padlock, which must always be locked immediately after passing the car (to absolutely avoid other cars in the passage).<br>- Balconies: guardrails can pose risks for very young children. Monument remaining from a fortified medieval bishopric on an ancient island, by the sea. By car in summer, you have to leave the car 1 km from the church and finish the journey on foot (paid parking). <br><br>In Montpellier.<br>To get to Montpellier, it is possible to use line 3 of the TAM tram which is taken at the Pérols -Etang de l'Or station about 5 km away. It is possible to get there by car or by taking the blue bus (direction Pérols, towards the east).
