Our lovely one-bedroom luxury condo sits on a stretch of white sand beaches that leads to a gorgeous mangrove forest. While all beaches are open to the public in Costa Rica, ours sits on a more secluded one due to its location. The condo features an opulent design with an old-world feel, with fine furnishings and classic taste.

With our lush gardens and stunning ocean views, you will definitely want to bring a camera to capture the sunrises and sunsets! Our condo is within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants in town. Our community itself offers swimming pools, paddleboards and kayaks, and more!

We are happy to provide referrals and contact information to book these but are unable to schedule on your behalf.

Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.

We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.

The property is very old and in need of renovation. A fresh coat of paint would go a long way. The bathroom really needs to be redone. However the size of the property and location was excellent. The man onsite , Frank was excellent. All in all we had a very nice time.

Convenient location and great value

Everything about the property was exactly as advertised. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, towels, etc. Everything was in great working order including air conditioning and WIFI. Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, and beach within easy walking distance. Pool was very clean not crowded. Check in instructions were precise and simple to follow.

Beautiful condo

Jeffrey and Five Star properties were great to work with. Super respo sive to questions. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. Easy walk to Playa Flamingo and the marina. Plenty of restaurants and a nice little grocery store across the street. We were here for classes at CPI language school and that is an eay walk frome this condo as well. I highly recomend staying here.

Very clean and large condo. Very modern kitchen and bbq worked well. Clean property. AC worked well in every room and wifi was great. Pool was clean everyday. However their were renovations happening three floors above starting at early hours. Extremely loud. The steps up to the condo was also not disclosed.

This is a great location! Our daughter went to CPI, and we easily walked her there each day. It is also extremely close to the beach. There is a little market( expensive but helpful) across the street and a taco place. In addition to this our host has beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels, coffee and a fully stocked with equipment needed kitchen. It was wonderful as a traveler on the road with a child. Also, the kitchen helped us save a little money. Flamingo is an expensive area.

My Jeep was broken

The parking area at the Condo is not protected, no security and poor lighting system. Two hours following the arrival, I had initially moved some luggage and personal effect inside the Condo and due to the numerous stairs left most of my Scuba Diving equipment in my vehicle. I decided to eat and suddenly heard a vehicle alarm but I had never heard my Jeep Wrangler's Alarm as it is a new vehicle to me and I reside in a secured gated Condo in Escazu, San Jose. A lady in the other building was shouting at a person in the parking lot that was in the back of my vehicle trying to still my 4000$ scuba equipment. Not a fun time for me... The property management was informed that the lighting needs to be improved as the opportunity remains for thefts. Beside this all was good except for the noisy fridge and air conditioning system.
