Central location in updated facility. Need outdoor picture of sight for better locating. Floor could have been a bit cleaner but overall cleanliness was good. Needs dish rack to be able to wash dishes as used. Also wasn't aware of second set of towels and sheets in dryer until the 5th day!

Do not stay here

This was a horrible experience and uncomfortable stay. They donā€™t allow you to check in until 4:00pm and there was not light left on outside for us to see to get in the door. The key pad didnā€™t work and I had to immediately bother the host. He was responsive. When we entered the unit it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were broken blinds in the living room. There were missing light bulbs in the living room and bedroom. There were no bedside tables in the bedroom and no pillows to sleep on. This unit needs a few more furnishings and lamps to make it more cozy. Definitely not VRBO ready. We ended up checking out a night early and when we stripped the sheets off the bed like instructed the mattress cover was filthy and stained. We paid a significant cleaning fee and the unit was not up to par. I did reach out to host to ask for a refund and provided pictures of what we found in the unit. The host unfortunately deemed it to not be a refundable situation. I would definitely not stay here again. The pictures that are online are definitely not how the unit was when we arrived. The host informed me that before we checked in someone had been staying there for 4 months. In that case as the host you should go and check the unit to make sure it is ready for the next guest.

Brandon thank you for sharing your experience with us to improve. Upon further investigation after you all departed, there was not any remnant of cigarette smoke and our cleaner comfirmed, just in case we missed it. We have replaced the blinds and light bulb you brought to our awareness. We are also sorry the smart lock malfunctioned, however we made this known and had an alternate option for access to the home via lockbox. It seems as if you were attempting to make a list of things you disliked in order to leave early and get a refund. We also credited you all back the cleaning fee as a refund, however we did refund you the entire night that you all stayed and left a mess in the home. We hope you donā€™t try to take advantage of hosts on this platform in the future.

Clarksville is just weird!

Itā€™s a huge ā€œcityā€ with weird intersections. We were only there for a minute for a wedding. I believe more free time spent would have been fruitful. The owner was awesome and quick to respond. The kitchen was awesome and great for entertaining but if it was more than me and the hubs for an overnight, I would not recommend. The space is small, but fun! Neighbors were super cool too!
