Retreat yourself to this wonderful cozy ranch home full of amenities.
This great ranch home is located in the great town of Fair Lawn, NJ.
Within walking distance to shopping areas.
Excellent mini-split heating and air conditioning system in every room of the house to keep you comfortable throughout the season!
Also, baseboard heating throughout the main floor.
Everything you need is on the main floor, no stairs to climb!
Charles will be your on-site property manager. Currently stays in the private finished basement.
Treat yourself to the fully equipped patio and backyard oasis!

**Max occupancy at all times is 4.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular pool service and may come during your stay.

Charlie was great house was very clean well kept and had all the amenities you can think of place with dog friendly and had a huge backyard that we were allowed to let our dogs roam. This is a hidden gem in Fairlawn, New Jersey.

Tricia, Chris and their daughter were great guests! And specially their well behaved 4 legged labs. They left the house clean and neat! I would welcome them again! Strongly recommend to other hosts! AAAAA

Although I didn’t end up staying at the property due to an unexpected situation, Charles was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. He worked with me, offered a full refund without any issues, and even invited me to stay another time. It’s rare to find a host who’s this compassionate and professional. Truly a great guy—would absolutely recommend him and his property to anyone!

This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog out when I had to go to work. All in all, greatness. Highly recommended.

Will one back next time we are in the area

We had a great stay. The house is perfect for a small family the fenced in yard is great for those with dogs. The house was clean when we got there and we had no issues. We didn’t use the backyard much as it was cold and snowing. Communication was great with the owner and he even came by to salt and shovel the stairs and sidewalk that are used to get to the hose. 5/5 will come back again

Wonderful

Charlie was a wonderful host. With my life circumstances, I needed a quiet and safe place to stay. He made sure that I had what I needed and went above and beyond for it. He was very accepting of my dogs and treated them like family. I felt very comfortable and safe! I had some car issues and he helped me resolve those problems with no hesitation. Very kind and thoughtful host!. The place was very comfortable and the couch was so cozy- best place for a nap! As a single woman, traveling alone- it was 100% the best place to stay. I will definitely come back! 😊

Anna is very vivacious young lady. She came overcoming obstacles throughout her way. I enjoyed her stay and was very pleased with her attitude along with her well behaved 4 legged doggies. She has a very strong background in decorating ideas which I will follow up on her advice. I definitely recommend her for future stays to people's short term rentals, STR. It was really a pleasure having her as my guest. I wish her the very best on her endeavors! “Climb Ev'ry Mountain” and you will succeed! 🙂

We had a lovely stay! Charlie, the owner, met us in person to give us the key and show us around for an extensive tour so that almost every kitchen appliance and dish was made known to us, (except the electric kettle, which was hiding in a cupboard and worked well!) There is no dishwasher, but we didn't mind washing the dishes we used, and there were also disposable ones. The refrigerator was well-stocked with beverages of all kinds and other groceries, and there were multiple cupboards filled with snacks, tea, and coffee. The big screen TV is huge, and the reclining couch with lit-up cupholders added to a "home theater" experience! There is also a small piano! This being summer, we spent a great deal of time in the virtually private, fenced-in, cozy backyard that features a refreshing above-ground pool, a fun ping-pong table, a blue tooth speaker, and all kinds of comfortable patio furniture. The patio also has bright, colorful lighting so we could swim and play ping-pong after dark. The beds are comfortable ,and there is plenty of extra bedding, as well as lots of towels for both the bath/shower and the pool. The air conditioning kept the house cool, and could be controlled differently in every room. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a casual, fun place to stay, rain or shine!

Great location!

We used to live in NYC and typically come up to visit family. We wanted a nice middle ground between quiet and the noise of the city itself. The area: close to many delicious restaurants has a mall nearby as well as a target within driving distance like I’m talking 15 minutes tops. The neighborhood itself very peaceful at night there is not a single sound, which is great for someone that comes to enjoy some quiet. Getting to New York City, including Brooklyn. Bronx and Queens took less than 45 minutes which if you’re used to commuting in these areas driving tends to be heavy traffic so it’s nice to be able to drive back to a quiet area to relax for the night. The property: the property itself is a cute rustic ranch and is cozy and easy to access. The host provides cooking utensils, as well as pots and pans and towels and linens, which is a nice added plus, each room on the property also has TVs, while we visited during a time that was quite chilly, for the summer it works great since it includes a grill and pool as well as outdoor sitting arrangements property is pet friendly The host: Charles is very communicative and warm. He even greeted us prior to our stay to welcome us and ensure we had the wifi information and location of access keys. He also ensured we were able to reach him should there be anything we needed. I definitely would come back again!
