Newly built home designed just for YOU! Close to the Gulch, Mid-town and Downtown Nashville (6-8 minutes). This 3 LEVEL ROOFTOP townhome is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. The home features 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private rooftop with a hot tub making for the ultimate getaway to relax and/or mingle as you view the city lights of Downtown Nashville. Look no further as you are 2-3 miles away from all the best Nashville scenes and attractions!
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of space making this your *luxurious* home away from home. The first floor has the first set of washer/dryer with a king bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The second floor makes for the ultimate entertainment space with a full kitchen and living/dining area that can comfortably entertain all your guests. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a queen air mattress located in the bedroom closet. The third floor houses the second set of washer/dryer, two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Last but not least, the amazing rooftop has an outdoor seating area with your own personal hot tub with amazing views of the city.

Great space

Everyone was happy with the house, beds, and location. Easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. measuring cups would have been good to have. Hot tub didn’t get hot enough but we think it may have been all the rain leaking in the cover. Very clean. Loved having multiple washer/dryer combos.

Great location and near all places to visit in Nashville

Townhome was a great place to stay. Our family and friends commented on how close it was to everything but still had the peace and quit neighborhood. Rooftop view was awesome.

Great place for a group to stay. Sleeping comfortably. Just remember to see how many of guests will sleep together when planning number to stay. Only one room with two queens. Glad they had a comfortable blow up mattress and bedding. Clean and everything we needed. We had three cars. 2 in garage fit and one in front. Area is not best but glad security was there and very polite. Sad needed but that’s a big city. With any place you stay you need to take inventory of items in house and heating and air. We communicate our concerns and was answered back right away.

Would absolutely recommend to everyone!!

This house is perfect for your family or friend group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal for multiple people. We loved the private garage and that the property is gated. We felt very safe and like our vehicles were very safe. The house is extremely clean and was the perfect place for our trip.

40th birthday with friends

The house was perfect for our 5 couples for my husbands 40th birthday bash. The beds were comfortable, rooftop seating and hot tubs area were perfect for hanging out and seeing the skyline. Neighborhood was not where I would walk around necessarily but everyone was nice and getting to Broadway was a quick Uber ride. Only thing I would change would be a full mirror for the ladies. Would recommend and stay again.

Great space! Clean! Great view!

We loved this space for our stay! The hot tub was a great addition to our experience! Space was clean and we had plenty of room for 8 adults! Communication with owners was great and helpful! The location is not ideal but we felt safe in the area. Lots of new construction to rejuvenate the area going on. Street parking was not ideal, people speeding down the road, but overall did not worry about my vehicle being on the street. We had two cars in the garage, tight for small suvs! Be prepared for stairs, we liked getting in our extra steps! You do look into permanent residents’ backyards so just be respectful. Quick Uber ride into town!!!

Excellent Escape to the City

This was a spacious property, just a quick Uber from the city center. The details and decor in the property are superb, and the beds are super cozy. The property was clean, the owner responsive and the space plenty big for a large party. The only thing that I will note is the garage parking would be best for two small vehicles unless you’re an expert Parker but street parking was not an issue as there was plenty of room. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming for a getaway in Nashville.

Friends getaway

Perfect place for a group of friends. Short distance to downtown via car or uber. The hot tub was a nice addtion to have after coming back at night.

Nashville getaway

We were very happy with our stay here. It was very clean and true to the pics. We loved the rooftop feature! Bathrooms were spacious and very clean! The area is developing but we felt very safe! Less than a 10 min Uber ride to downtown. This property has a lot of stairs as it is a tall building! We would definitely stay here again! The host was easy to get ahold of and always responded in a timely fashion!

Nice place

Close to just about everything Nashville has to offer. Clean house. Only 2 little issues no bathroom hand towels & unlocking the house to get into each time was not easy.
