We love the crystal-clear stream that runs alongside the property in a lush, relaxing setting! You can swim and fish there, but also relax and listen to the sound of the water flowing. Its private covered terrace, with no neighbors in sight, will be greatly appreciated in both rain and shine! A private spa is included and available for your use. Inside, the decor is minimalist, colorful, and contemporary, featuring high-quality materials. For your convenience, there’s no need to bring your own sheets or towels—everything is included! Located in the heart of a charming little village with its washhouse and vineyards, and close to all amenities (laundromat, restaurant, pharmacy, etc.). Feel free to visit the recreational centers in Caïx or Catus, perfect for swimming, fishing, activities, picnics, and dining out… There are many villages, lakes, castles, and various activities to discover in our lovely Lot department! The cottage is attached to the owners’ home and accessible via a few stone steps. On the first floor: a fully equipped, built-in kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and radiant floor heating. A spiral staircase leads up to a 30 m² attic-style bedroom on the mezzanine level with a sitting area (sofa, armchair, and TV), then direct access from the bedroom or the cottage’s entrance to a private, covered 32 m² terrace with a lounge area, table, and chairs. Private, enclosed outdoor area of 70 m² with garden furniture, a parasol, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Wellness area with a spa accessible from the terrace. Unfenced, shared property with the owners in front of the cottage, covering 2,300 m². The cottage is not suitable for children (not childproof) and is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
