On the left side: a walk-through room (playroom) with a TV, 5 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed (including one with accessibility for people with limited mobility) and 2 with 2 beds each (90x200), which can be combined to form a 180x200 bed. 2 bathrooms, one of which is accessible to guests with limited mobility (toilet with grab bar, large open shower, and adapted shower seat). Laundry room. Unfenced property. Saltwater pool secured by a roller shutter with automatic disinfection (5x10 / max. depth 1m40), chickens and a rooster on the property, bocce court, parking.
