In a small hamlet in the heart of a green space overlooking the beautiful valley of the Vert, Le Pré aux Biches is fitted out in a vaulted room with a generous volume harmoniously combining tradition and modernity. Ideally designed for the comfort of 2 people, we like the modern and fully equipped kitchen area, the sleeping area with a cozy atmosphere, the harmonious decoration and the large bay window which opens onto a beautiful wooded and flowery area with several lounges of garden ! we love the generously sized swimming pool with a beautiful view of the valley and the hills as far as the eye can see! Here, calm, rest and charm are the key words...and the lucky ones will be able to admire the stags and hinds in the meadow! The swimming pool is open from June to September. On a 1ha property located on the heights of the village, loft-type accommodation on the ground floor of a dwelling house with independent entrance. In the same living room: a lounge area with flat screen TV, a built-in and fully equipped kitchen area (microwave, electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and all small appliances) and the bedroom area with a bed 140. Separate shower room with wc, shower with thermostatic fittings, basin, heated towel rail. Dressing room and library with storage. Outside: laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), private terrace, private covered terrace (table, chair, gas plancha, sofa, armchair), private unfenced grounds 200m² with garden furniture, grounds and common equipment with the owners: 14x4 swimming pool to be shared with the owners, ping-pong table, sunbeds. Central heating in the cottage.
