You will be 1 km from the family beach of Quiberville sur mer, 100 meters from the GR21 hiking trail (800m walk from the beach) and you will be 200 meters from a grocery store.

On the first floor: 1 large fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, 1large room, living room with 2 sofas, 1 master bedroom (bed 160x200), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190) with dresser, 1 bathroom with toilet.
