The OVO Network team’s opinion - Petit Mazot La Chandelle is a beautifully-renovated farm building in Bionnassay, a small hamlet above the busy resort of Saint-Gervais (8km), but you'll feel as if you're in the middle of nowhere and yet, you’ll be just 15 minutes from the slopes!

This tiny home sleeps just two guests, making it perfect for a couple seeking a romantic mountain getaway. There's a large double bed in an alcove, and a shower room with a WC. The chalet also has a well-equipped kitchen and a small dining table.

Outside, there's a table with bench seating where you can enjoy a drink or a meal in front of the stunning mountain views.

The mazot enjoys a peaceful and secluded location, just 200 meters from the main road, and is accessible via a paved road. During the winter season, this road is cleared of snow daily, but please note that snow tires and chains are mandatory to access the property. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended in case of heavy snowfall.

Groups can book the Petit Mazot La Chandelle with Chalet La Chandelle (12) and/or the Grand Mazot La Chandelle (4 guests), giving a total capacity of up to 18 guests.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Pets are welcome (1 max) and must be supervised. Any additional cleaning or damages caused may be covered by the security deposit. Access: 200 meters from the main road via a paved road. In winter, the road is cleared daily, but snow tyres and chains are required to access the chalet, in accordance with the Mountain Law from November 1 to March 31. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended in case of heavy snowfall. Parking is available 200m from the mazot. Parties are not allowed.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
