The home was pretty equipped and comfortable very cozy, it was a very short walk to the beach there’s also a pool which we didn’t get the chance to enjoy and well equipped with beach accessories and bikes, I would definitely book it again.

Location location location - perfect location. Only one house between us and the beach and its located in an area of town with lots of restaurants and shops. The little cottage was exactly as described in the listing. It was small but perfect for the two of us. The cottage was also equipped with everything we needed for both inside and outside by beach or pool. The communication was fantastic and the people working at the property were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend if you are looking for a small but quaint place to stay that is within walking distance of the most beautiful beach and sunsets.

Small well equipped apartment conveniently located a very short walk from Holmes beach. Lovely decor. Comfortable bed. Walkable to restaurants. Other visiting vacationers were friendly. Was a great first visit to Anna Maria Island. We will return!

The location is just perfect. 3 houses from the beach on a quiet street and easy walk to shops and restaurants which we loved. The reason for a lower rating is the bed and furniture-- its so broken down and uncomfortable it took a lot away from our stay. Just invest in a decent mattress and a new coach and this is place is really great.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and all the main attractions, making everything incredibly convenient.A special shoutout to Wanda for her over-the-top hospitality—she truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And Francine did an outstanding job with the cleanliness; the cottage was spotless and so well cared for.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot close to the ocean!

Very cute and functional place to stay. The pool was clean and well kept, minute walk to the beach and Pine street. Would stay here again!

Host was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the cottage was steps from the beach, great location, can also walk to anywhere on the north end of the island from the cottage. Cottage was clean and comfortable, the grounds where the cottage was neat and well cared for. Perfect place for quick stay as most places require a 1 week minimum.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay for me and my fiancé for a relaxing week; was pleasantly surprised to see the place had been renovated; everything was clean and while small, had everything we could possibly need! Will definitely look to book again!

Quick trip to Anna Maria

The house was perfect for two people. Short walk to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella that was provided with our stay was a nice touch.

Omg! We just left and wish we could just live here! It’s just the most perfect location. It had everything we needed. Had a good cart delivered and piddled around the island all day. Walked from our place to the beach each morning with a coffee and again at night with a cocktail and watched the sunset. Pool was a nice touch. Bed was good, kitchen had everything we needed. Grill area was sweet. Not pretentious, just functional for a great price! Cute! Thanks Francine for the great restaurant recs!

Total Paradise!

This was our first visit to Ana Maria Island and we were blown away by the perfection of our location to the beach and all of the wonderful things to do on the island! We want to come back again! We highly recommend this property!

This place is amazing. Location is great, walking distance to one of the beaches (2 min walk) and close to many dinning options. The property ws under renovations due to the recent storms so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I will stay here again soon!

Great location near beach

This property was a very short walk to the beach and Pine Street. They provided free beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes, which made it extra nice. While small, we had everything we needed just for the two of us. The pool right outside our door was nice too.
