Gite Nature du Bosc Situé à 900m D'altitude, Lieu Calme et Paisible

Installed since June 2023, we have literally fallen under the spell of this place, a magnificent and magical place.
The cottage is located in the town of Vanosc, in the green Ardèche on the southern slope of the valley. We enjoy a panorama and an exceptional environment in the middle of the forest and meadows and views of the Alps and the Rhône Valley.
The cottage is located in the middle mountains at an altitude of 900m on sunny heights, with an exceptional view from the terrace. Rest, calm, relaxation guaranteed in a green and forest setting.
Enjoy the sunrises, the starry skies, the calm and peaceful nights to find yourself.

On site hiking trail, walk, mountain bike trails, to the south is the Regional Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche and to the north the Regional Natural Park of Pilat.
You can also take advantage of the many activities that are within a radius of 15 to 20km (brochures available for visits and activities).

Our accommodations are warm, Comfortable, decorated with care and it is equipped for your comfort during your stay.
The cottage is new, finished in May 2024.

Its location:
We live in the hamlet of Le Bosc located 8km from the center of the village. It is made up of 5 houses, ours of which is located on the highest part, it is located at the end of a small path that ends in a forest path.

The accommodation:
The cottage is attached to our house.
The accommodation has an area of 50m2 on 3 levels.
It is very bright with a magnificent view of the valley from the living room and the bedroom.

It consists of a first floor, with an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) and a living area with sofa. On the first floor, you will find your bedroom (double bed 140x190) with a bathroom (shower, sink), and separate toilets, then access to a mezzanine via a miller's ladder with a small cozy corner and a bed for 2 people on a very comfortable mattress of 160x190.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival.

Outside:
A green terrace, facing south/west with a wooden garden table installed under the birch trees as a parasol to enjoy your meals on the barbecue and the panorama.

Jacques is a chainsaw tree sculptor, rest assured he does not work at home ;)

And I, Frédérique, am a "Nature&Care" wellness therapist.
We have a border dog "Cali" and 2 cats "Samson and Rita". 3 other cats shared this place before our arrival.
Dogs are accepted if there is good training and understanding with his fellow dogs/cats. Our animals are in total freedom on the grounds, i.e. the land is not fenced. Contact me before for your pets. Thank you

The cottage does not have a direct vis-à-vis with our living spaces.

The plus:
If you want to take a moment for yourself, you have the opportunity to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation thanks to the energy treatment. These treatments are done on site in the middle of nature.
