Beautiful Modern Home - Heated Indoor Pool

We can't wait to welcome you to "The Pool House" in Spokane, WA. Every detail was thoughtfully planned with you in mind, and is filled with a beautiful and inviting aesthetic. We know you'll enjoy the fully stocked chef's kitchen, the comfy beds with bamboo sheets, the upstairs and downstairs living spaces. And of course the heated indoor pool! Along with the pool table, ping pong table, fenced in yards, and kid's play nook; we have something for every age to enjoy.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
The main floor offers an open concept living space where the kitchen, dining area, and two living rooms intertwine. The main living room has a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account etc). The back living room has a pull out sleeper sofa, reading nook, and play nook with toys and books for little ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, pour over coffee set up, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and more. The dining table has chairs for 8 and there is an additional leaf that can be added by request. The kitchen island seats 5.

Down the hall are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has room darkening shades, a large closet with hanging space, and a luggage rack. Each bedroom also has a box fan.

Two more bedrooms and one bathroom are downstairs, along with the large rec room area. The rec room has comfy lounge seating with a 55" Smart TV with Roku access (stream from your own Netflix/Amazon/Hulu account), along with a pool table and mini bar set up. The door next to the pool table leads to the garage where you will find a parking space and ping pong table.

In the basement is the laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer; detergent is provided for guest use. The laundry room is right outside the swimming pool area and doubles as a changing room.

Pool: There is a sliding glass door to access the heated indoor pool. It is kept at 85 degrees. Please be advised: the pool is a lap pool and there is NO deep end. It is 4 feet deep in all places and has a stair step entry with handrail. There is NO diving allowed. A basketball hoop and balls are provided, along with basic pool noodles, and some diving toys.

Backyard: access the backyard through a glass sliding door from the swimming pool. You’ll enter to the screened porch with outdoor dining + lounge furniture, and a gas bbq. The backyard is fully fenced in and feels like a lush private garden. Enjoy the cherry and apple trees, the grapes hanging over the fence, and the garden area.

Parking: Guests have access to driveway parking, along with one spot inside the garage.

This is a residential neighborhood and we ask that quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. There is an outdoor security camera facing the front door.
