It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (temporary 4G Wifi key), bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (not heated), secured by a barrier with badge, open from 1 April to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions).
- A 15 m² covered terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 50 m² enclosed synthetic garden with barbecue.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you will find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car parks in front of the house.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 19 km away (about 25 minutes by car).
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
