****VERY IMPORTANT ā€“ Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through April 2026 weather permitting. The project is over halfway complete, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected at times. Guests may notice occasional weekday activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Mondayā€“Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

Imagine awakening in a gorgeous seaside retreat with the sound of waves crashing onto the Amelia Island shoreline at 775 Amelia By The Sea. This dreamy fully updated luxury penthouse offers stunning direct ocean front views, completely renovated bathrooms, tiled flooring throughout, and wood trimmed ceilings that set this property apart! Located on the 7th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway!

As you enter and walk into the fully equipped kitchen you will notice the fresh white cabinetry, striking granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the amazing ocean views while preparing a home cooked meal for the whole family. Continuing into the living area you'll find ample seating and warm coastal dƩcor. A cream-colored leather sofa, love seat, and matching chair are all centered around a large flat screen television and provide a cozy place to relax after a fun day on the beach. The dining area offers an attractive wooden dining table with seating for 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 is available at the bar.

Glass sliders take you to the private balcony where mornings can be spent with a cup of coffee or a good book while enjoying the peaceful sounds and coastal breeze. A high top table with three chairs creates the perfect space for dining al fresco.

The master bedroom is furnished with a wood framed king size bed and offers gorgeous ocean views with another set of sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. A matching chest of drawers, double nightstands, and desk area with a Samsung monitor are also provided along with a flat screen television and Firestick. The en suite bathroom is fully updated with crisp white tones, board and batten trim, a double vanity and a freshly tiled walk in shower. The laundry area is conveniently located in this area as well.

The spacious second bedroom boasts two double beds with plush white bedding. Just off of the bedroom lies the second bathroom, also fully remodeled and complete with a white tiled walk in shower and vanity area.

Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. In addition there is a large community pool, two tennis courts, and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Centrally located to everything on the island, this property has it all!

Everything went very well, great location, building is undergoing some renovation, but did not bother us at all. Vin has lots of utensils, very well stocked, except for perhaps shampoo, would be nice to have that period otherwise everything is in tiptop shape.

Fantastic Place!

We have been staying in the area every year or every other year for the last 8 years as we visit family who live on the island. This location was great for our family. We had separate spaces for children (teen and preteen) and adults, a great balcony with a view, and easy access to the beach. It was perfect for us and we hope to stay there again next year!

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was clean comfortable and well equipped with lovely sea views. It was also quiet even though the condo was busy. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and watching dolphins in the evening from the fishing pier.

Can't beat the view!

The property was clean and the best stocked rental kitchen I've ever stayed in. Everything was as described and management company was super easy to work with and responsive. Very comfortable and well maintained. Would stay here again. Only thing we wished we had were tennis rackets and fishing gear.

The unit was the best stocked with everything we could need for a perfect beach getaway. The new decor was lovely and the relaxing beach colors perfectly set the mood. Wonderful views. Amelia Island is beautiful and shopping, eating and sightseeing in this unspoiled area was great. Try horseback riding on the beach!

Perfect Spot and Outstanding Views

This condo will not disappoint. Itā€™s very clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. The property managers proactively reached out to verify and confirm our stay and weā€™re very accessible. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that the pictures of the unit online were totally accurate! We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Better than expected!

I was familiar with Amelia by the Sea and it is an older condo complex so we werenā€™t sure what to expect from the condo. While the building is older, this condo is wonderful! It is family owned and they took great pride in renovating it. It is very clean comfortable and they provide everything you need to be at the beach. The pool is wonderful as well. Be sure to bring your shampoo as that is not provided but everything else it. We enjoyed it by ourselves the first day, and with our adult kids and grandkids the second day. Enjoy!
