The Lake House was beautiful! It was very clean and decorated so cute! We loved the hot tub and arcade game and the ice maker! It really felt like home with all the amenities we needed. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch and we loved that it was screened in. My grandbabies had the best time! Thank you so much for everything! We definitely hope to come back again in the future!

Weekend Getaway

The house was very cute and the location was wonderful. We loved how it was tucked away in the woods! Every staff member we came across was incredibly kind and pleasant. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future!

Fun and relaxing

We loved our stay! Owner was great to work with. We enjoyed a variety of activities in the area as well as well as the hot tub, pool, and pickle ball courts on the resort. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect little get away

We really enjoyed the resort. The house was clean and offered enough space for my family of 4 and friends that had little ones as well. The only draw back was only having one bath room but we made it work. The owner and resort staff were so friendly

Kentucky Fall Break

A Great and Safe place to stay! So nice, close to a lot of parks for hiking or getting outdoors! Wish I had a boat! It was great!

Great Sister Getaway

We wanted somewhere quiet for a sisters' weekend getaway, and this home gave us that. Location is great, and the home had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck and got great sleep on the super comfy beds. Check-in was easy and staff was very helpful with information and ideas of things to do. A relaxing getaway!

Fall break

We enjoyed our stay..I had 4 generations with me on my stay..The house was adequate..We went hiking and horseback riding at Cumberland Falls State park and had a blast.

Wonderful getaway

Loved it all! Great location, wonderful property management. Only thing I would have enjoyed is if the hot tub would have gotten a little hotter (stayed around 97-100 degrees and would not get hotter).

Great for our family

This was perfect for our family of 8 to stay at for a weekend of adventures on the Cumberland river. Great location, plenty of sleeping place and room to move, great back deck setup for relaxing. If we had more than a weekend stay, lots more to do at the property and in the area. Only negative is one bathroom, so I now know to look for that when booking for our growing family.

Family vacation

My family of 3 and my dad and his fiance really enjoyed this house ! We just wished it had another half bath or something down stairs . But it was absolutely beautiful and a great location!

Thank you for the review! This home is listed as having 1 full bath. We also provide extra towels to accommodate everyone, as well as a starter kit of toilet paper and bath soaps.

We actually had to stay in a different cabin because the air conditioner was not working.

It was very nice, would of loved staying in the property that we were expecting

easy, no problems, only one thing i would say the house needs is a deeper pan for a dinner to make 🤣 but other than that it was perfect.

July 4th Celebration

This little resort community tucked back in the gorgeous wooded hills of Burnside Kentucky is truly a hidden gem. The property management team is exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive. Just a quick few minutes to the amazingly blue waters of Lake Cumberland. Our family made so many memories and was truly able to disconnect and relax. I highly recommend this place to anyone, you will be disappointed!

Peaceful and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort staff was responsive and even came out at 9:00 p.m. to fix our internet. They did everything they possibly could to make sure or stay was satisfactory. I would definitely say they went above and beyond. The cottage we stayed in was clean when we arrived, and the area around it was quiet and peaceful. Our cottage had close neighbors but it felt secluded. There is plenty to do in the area if you enjoy the outdoors. I would definitely recommend renting within this resort.

Great place but where's the lak

Three brothers get together once a year for a Grumpy Old Man Tour. This year we chose Lake Cumberland. Even though it was not mentioned in the description we thought since we stayed at the Lake House we would be able to see the lake. Not being able to make us grumpy. Having a really nice house to stay in that comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Especially since we stayed in most days because it rained almost the whole time. We absolutely loved the place. At the end of our stay we realized we didn't need to see the lake in our backyard, we just needed a great place to unwind and chill. The Lake House was perfect for that.

Comfortable

The overall setting was very nice, but we thought it was a little too much driving up & down the mountain road everyday. The home was very nicely decorated and we had pretty much everything we needed. I think the one thing we had issues with was the oven, the fist time we used it it smoked the bottom of the oven wasn't cleaned.

We take pride in our reviews. Because we are nearly at a 5-star rating, we are a Super Host on Airbnb and a Premiere Partner with VRBO. Our standards are high, and we go over all issues with our staff to ensure we each learn from any mistakes. Our homeowner is very particular, so we thank you for bringing these things to our attention. We regret the stove cleaning function was not working at the time of your stay. This is being resolved with the homeowner. Moving forward, we will continue to work with our Six Sigma Consultant on our company policies and procedures.
