Great Stay. House was in great state and clean and it was a short walk to the beech, pool and tennis courts. Everyone had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone.

Great family trip!

We loved the house and the location. We were close enough to the beach without feeling like we weren’t on it. The pool was a great place to relax after the beach and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub. Best family vacation ever 😀

House is incredible. Clean and the boardwalk to the beach is right outside the front door. We stayed here twice this year and will be back next year for sure. A+

Beach Get Away

Great location with easy beach access. House well stocked including beach chairs, carts, and toys. Plenty of room for everone. Nice subdivision amenities. Owner responsive. If you love the Fort Morgan area this is a great choice. We will be back!

Beautiful Vacation

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood located less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The balconies are equipped with seating and great views of the sunrise and sunsets. The house is well stocked and clean. We traveled with 2 families including children ages 7-16. We all enjoyed the house.

Relaxation at the beach

I first have to say that Karan is amazing. She got back to me immediately with a couple of questions I had as I have never really had a beach vacation before now. The house is perfect! It was clean, well stocked, and so close to the beach. I loved going for walks during the day and stepping right into the hot tub at night. The rooms are huge with Jack and Jill bathrooms which is a huge plus. Great vacation already planning next years return.

Family Vacation

More than what we expected, the property is beautiful. We had ages from 3 months to 60 years old and we couldn’t have been happier with this place. Very easy access to the beach and the private area was a plus. The rooms fit everyone perfectly. The owner called us at time of check in to make sure everything was at our liking and left his number incase we needed to get in touch with them. We were able to arrive an hour earlier and it didn’t take them hours to respond to our request. I can’t express how satisfied we all were, we can’t wait till next year.

Amazing family/friend vacation, quiet retreat during spring break!

Great property! If you are looking for something quiet and relaxing, this is it! The beach access was right across the street and the pool was around the corner, this was the perfect spot in the neighborhood. We loved that the lower deck was so big, we were able to sit in the sun and eat outside. The outside and inside tables have plenty of seating. We had 3 families stay and we all had plenty of room. We loved that the kids bunk room had a TV, it gave them a place to play in the evenings while the adults had some quiet time in the living space. They had plenty of dishwashing soap, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. They also had beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas for guest use too. The corn hole bags saw better days, but they had a new set out to us in a couple hours! Very responsive property manager (thanks Karan!). This location is about 20 minutes from your typical spring break beach town scene and larger grocery stores, but there are two dollar generals and a party store between the house and Gulf Shores. The beach was clean and quiet. There are beach warning flags but no life guards. Overall, we had a great time in Fort Morgan!

Overall we had a wonderful experience. However, would like to point out that the master bath didn't have a trash can. One of the other bathrooms was missing soap and the fridge didn't make ice consistently.

The beach house

First time staying in Alabama, friends and family had a wonderful time here. Very quiet relaxing neighborhood, with the beach very close. Had everything we needed and more would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing vacation.

Amazing house, amazing location, amazing beach, amazing neighborhood!

We absolutely loved staying at Adventure Awaits Surfside! First, the owners are terrific and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect week. The house itself is wonderful...it was very clean, updated, and well cared for. The porches were a perfect place to sit at any time of the day - and the seating, day bed swing, and hot tub downstairs underneath the house was an amazing surprise and great place to hang out! Cornhole, beach toys, bikes, beach chairs provided too. The kitchen is well equipped and met all of our needs. The rooms are great for multiple families. Downstairs, a king room connects via a jack and jill bathroom to a queen bedroom (separate vanities with a shared shower/toilet). Upstairs a king room connects via a jack and jill bath to a bunk room that sleeps 6 (separate vanities with a shared shower/toilet). All vanities are new plus great closet space for unpacking. The primary bedroom (king bed) has incredible views and a huge private bath. Linens/bath towels were provided and everything was bright white and crisp - plus there is a washer/dryer on the upper floor. Turkish towels were provided as well, which was a nice touch. And the rooms all connect to the porches which is just so fun and make for easy sunrise/sunset watching and star-gazing! There is a boardwalk pretty much directly across the street that provides easy access to the beach - which is gorgeous! So clean, perfectly white sand, clear water! None of the pictures could ever do it justice! The neighborhood itself is so charming and peaceful - perfect for bike rides, plus two community pools, tennis courts, and a basketball hoop. There are not a ton of restaurants in Fort Morgan, but we had great service everywhere we went and Gulf Shores isn't too far. We also enjoyed exploring the Fort one morning. Winds kept us from taking the ferry to Dauphin Island - but it's on our list for next time. Overall, I would recommend Fort Morgan and Adventure Awaits Surfside to anyone looking for a truly relaxing beach vacation! It exceeded our expectations in every way! Thank you to Karan for making our week 5 stars!!
