Welcome to "The Place in Chattanooga!" This brand new Craftsman style home is located in North Shore Chattanooga, close to the river. Although you may never want to leave, a short 5 minute drive will have you at some of the best restaurants and activities Chattanooga has to offer. Beautifully decorated with a stylish modern flare that will leave you inspired, high vaulted ceilings welcome you to the main floor with steel railings above giving the home a cool industrial vibe.

Layout of this home:
This large home is three stories tall and has a 2 car garage! When entering the home there is a welcoming foyer with a convenient half bath, a place to hang your coats, and plenty of room to drop your bags. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you will find a bright and open main living area with a big couch that will seat the whole family. The large master bedroom is down the hall with a beautifully tiled shower and double vanity sink as well as plenty of closet space to utilize during your stay. Also on the main floor is another half bathroom and laundry room, and an enclosed outdoor patio for cool evenings to dine al fresco. On the third floor you'll find two more bedrooms with queen beds, one with a full bathroom attached, and a spacious bonus area where two mustard colored couches can convert into twin sized beds.

Things to Know:
The driveway to this home leading up the garage is very steep!! There is plenty of street parking available. A medium to large vehicle will not have a problem parking on the driveway but have caution going up it in a small vehicle. There is a $50 deposit if you would like to use the garage door opener during your stay - otherwise you are welcome to manually open and close it from the garage.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.
