About Finca Sa Teulera:



Our Finca Sa Teulera was designed with great attention to detail and offers space for up to 6 adults and a small child in the baby bed provided. The house has a spacious living area with German satellite TV and an adjacent dining area with space for 6 people.The fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, has an additional dining area and is the ideal place to prepare local delicacies.



For your comfort, we have equipped the finca with towels for the kitchen, bathrooms and even for visiting the pool/beach. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge, so that even the youngest guests feel at home.



The outside area:



Step by step, Finca Sa Teulera takes you into a magical outdoor world. From the kitchen and living area you access the large covered terrace where you can enjoy unparalleled meals overlooking the breathtaking landscape.A Weber grill is available for culinary adventures while the rolling hills and fields enchant your senses.



The garden features a 6x3.5 meter saltwater pool with a depth of 1.40 meters, accessible via Roman steps. The pool area also includes a shaded and comfortable chill-out corner, ideal for relaxing under the Mallorcan sun.

Sant Joan is a picturesque village in Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the tourist crowds. Here you can experience authentic village life and stroll through the narrow streets to discover local shops, bakeries and the village supermarket.The location of the finca allows you to easily explore the surrounding area on foot and experience the beating heart of Sant Joan.



If you would like to explore further, there are beautiful hiking trails nearby that lead to hidden coves and breathtaking viewpoints. The island of Mallorca also offers a wealth of activities to explore, from water sports to culture and history.

If necessary, air conditioning cold/warm can be booked on site for €10.00 per night.

The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
